Great room beads comfortable pillows not so good would stay again

Definitely a very decent hotel for a budget price! All the room amenities you hope for... Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. Room was clean and they have smoking rooms!

Bed was a little hard, staff was friendly, hotel was clean and convenient.

Guest service was lacking in every way. They were not only unfriendly but at times were actually rude. My bed had a large burn hole in the cover. The pool was dirty, full of debris. While at the pool a woman showed up fully clothed in pants and long sleeves, she jumped in the pool right between a large group of people the proceeded to bring her dog in the water! The pool is in full view of the office and the woman said she has done this several times. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, and to be honest the shower could have been cleaner. An hour and a half into breakfast it was wiped out. All in all not a great visit.

Advertised non smoking but my room had an overwhelming cigarette smoke aroma. Woke up with a headache

We booked our hotel and were not able to check in until late in the night. The employees working the late shift were very friendly and helpful. I do have to note, the first room they gave us was a room they used to store stuff. We were able to get another room quickly without any hassle. I would recommend a stay here. The price is reasonable for what they offer room wise.

This is one of the most upsetting hotels I have visited their were cigarette burns every where woke up to no hot water.. My 7 year hiold son woke up with over 30 bed big bites on his body including bites all over his face that caused his eye to swell severely! When I called for management it took her over an hour to come to my room.. When she finally came she ran in wiped some bed bugs up with toilet paper and flushed them.. Then says come to the front I'll check you out.. I go up there and she does a shift change instead of checking me out first (never one time says she is sorry for our experiences just rudely acts as if this is my fault and she's mad I even bothered her with this) then looks at me and says I'm charging you 50% for staying here! excuse me? My son can't even take a picture with Santa because his eye is swollen shut and your still charging me? Well needless to say after I bring that to her attention she gets an attitude and says she refunded all my money.. Now a week and a half later I still have no refund no apologies corporate says they have proof of a refund so I'm SOL! I called my bank and they say there is absolutely no credit from the hotel... I called the health department and they went in and shut the room down a few days later for live bed bugs! Please please please do not waste your money here! Management is awful hotel is gross and staff is not helpful either!

The breakfast lady keeps the best restaurant coffee she is great

Killed 3 cockroaches in the room and on the bed, dirty walls, sheets were stained and had a booger.

If I could give less than one star for this motel, I would. I stayed with a friend for half of a week here but didn t book this motel myself. (They call themselves a hotel, but they don't even come close to qualifying.) If I had I would have been worried because I have had horrific experiences at Super 8 before and this continued this tradition. What a nightmare of a motel chain. Don t stay here for any reason unless you go in prepared for slum living. They don t care about their customers at all, or their jobs, and make no effort to show pride in their work or their work place. And the prices are still not as cheap as they should be. When we arrived in the room, I took photos of everything so you can see with your own eyes. The furniture looks old, dated, but at least the beds were made. However, the bar fridge had left over food from whoever was in there before. A nice Dairy Queen blizzard it looked like. And the microwave looked a like a pig had been using it and nobody bothered to clean either. We could barely put our own stuff in there. I complained about the state of the fridge and microwave and told them we expected the room to be cleaned every day while we were there. I told them I removed the old food but everything still needed to be cleaned. Then we left for the day only to come back to discover that someone had come in and stolen all of our food out of the fridge. They came in and assumed the brand new (containers unopened and bottles unopened) food was the food from the previous guests and threw it all out. After multiple conversations with the management, they replaced our food and drinks with some they had purchased. Oh and the final thing is that the fire alarm was broken. I hope I never see another one of these motels again.

Owners/staff are wonderful. Rooms and lobbies are clean. It's a nice quiet place to stay!

The room was clean. Beds and breakfast were okay. For the price, we would definitely stay again. They have a pool it looked nice. We didn't have the chance to use it. The staff were kind.

It was decent for a nights stay. A little on the outdated side but rather clean. Being on the side with the highway can be a little noisy but if you have the air conditioner going you would never even know.

Room was hot they didn't have the ac on and the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. Continental breakfast was ok.

The hotel is a decent one. The rooms are pretty standard as any other hotel is. It's what you expect for the price; however, it is very understaffed so the housekeeping is only doing part of their job. During a visit, one of the beds had blood stains on them and you could tell the sheets hadn't even been cleaned or changed. They did immediately correct the issue upon report and also returned $20 of the nightly rent.

We got are money back because the room had bed bugs. Beware of this place. It needs shut down!!!!

On 3rd floor and elevator not working. 72 years old and big suitcase. Blanket with cigarette burns. Sheets with stains. Not enough towels or toilet tissue.

It was definitely a convenient place that was close to where we were travelling. The pool was what I was so happy with because it has been ages since I was in a pool. It was my first time in a Super 8 so I guess the room was fine and bed bug free which was the first thing I checked before I even brought my luggage inside. We did have a minor issues with staff prior to even checking in but the matter was resolved once we got there. The breakfast isn't a full breakfast. Its a self waffle making machine, coffee, some pastries, and cereal with milk. I will warn readers in advance that you cannot take items out of the eating area to your room. Knowing this in advance will help keep everyone calm because a lady did get irate with staff over the rule. I don't know why the rule is in place but there must be a reason. In all the room was nice, we had a calm stay, the cleaning staff were sweet when they see we had already cleaned up and just needed replacement towels (I am a neat freaks and bring cleaning supplies with me when i go places lol). We definitely want to come back and stay here if we go to the Essence Music Fest again. I just hope they can start opening the pool a little earlier because I want get in there again.

Rude customer service men were nice the women were horribly rude.

The room was quite laughed, and the TV was modern and had a good selection of channels. The late night staff was awkward, but eventually got us checked in. The room was a bit dated, and the pillows way under stuffed. For the price it was great though, and seemed very clean.

Do not stay here. Upon arrival we needed the sheets changed because the first ones had burn holes, the second ones did too. There was a blood stain on the wall and the lady who changed our sheets told us she had been drinking and wasn't even suppose to be working? They didn't want to bring extra towels. The day after we left me & the other 2 girls who stayed in the hotel had bites on us. 3-6 bites on our arms. One of us went to the ER and they said it was minor bed bug bites. The hotel did not want to hear us out and still haven't refunded us for our horrible stay (almost 3 weeks). Do not stay here. Nasty, unprofessional, and not safe.

There were bugs all over the tub in the bathroom and there was a smell of smoke in the room. There was a florescent light right outside the window which caused the room to be bright all night long. The sound of the highway was quite loud. It was a 60 buck room, so it gets two stars for that, but even then, at least keep it somewhat clean.

The manager and other people working was very rude an disrespectful. Me an my family was there not over 11/2 and they kicked us out because my kids 3 cousins came over and went swimming with them. They didn t refund me my money back and the bathroom door was hanging off the hinges and none of the outlets in the room worked.

Customer service was very poor. They cannot speak English when you ask for a towel the u have no idea what that is the hotel refuses to give you extra towels. The towels are very cheap. The whole hotel is cheap overall and veryou outdated. There are roaches behind and under furniture we found 3. The cleaning people do not do their jobs at all. I stayed a full week and they never vacuumed after I asked several times for my room to be cleaned. The price is very Hugh. You can go literally 3 miles from here and get a kick ass hotel that's much better. Beds are old and nasty make you itch to be honest. Furniture is antique. Tvs are garbage and barely work. Best thing here is the fridge but that's because it's new. There are a lot of people complaining about crank calls throughout the hotel and people are always talking about how dirty it is here. Breakfast is a joke there is so little to offer may as well go out. Wifi is slow and constantly asking for user ID and passcode. Owner of the place is very rude. There is no privacy what so ever. One morning I was sleeping had do not disturb sign on door and a worker opened my door pounding on it luckily I had the chain. Once I got dressed and went to do he was gone.

They charged a 20 cash deposit that had to be cash and their pop machine was out of 4 varieties of pop and their change machine was out it was very unusual cause the other stays were always great but havent been back since

Decent, clean room with fridge, small freezer, microwave, blow-dryer, and shower with bath. Breakfast is available in the lobby until 9am, and there is a small outdoor pool.

Every time without fail the manager is SO rude!!!!! Why !? Why does it pain you to be pleasant and welcoming??? Disrespectful Front desk.

Just arrived here and I am appalled by the condition of our room. There is mold in the bathroom, the carpet is soaking wet (all over), it smells awful, cobwebs in the corners, the toilet rocks and almost rips when you sit on it and there are flies and gnats. Beds are hard and the pillows are flat. Only update is the flatscreen tv. I will be speaking the the manager ASAP. Never coming back here again. I wish I could give it a negative star review.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great. Temperature control in the room was very poor. No issues other than that. Really was there looking for a place to sleep over night before going to a football game the following morning. Did not spend a lot of time at the hotel.

This hotel is filthy. Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE. I have stayed in many, many hotels. I really am not hard to please. This place is bad. Our top sheet had blood on it that I did not see until after we had slept on it. The management staff is incredibly rude. I would give no stars except you have to rate the place or it won't post.

This place is NASTY and on top of that charged us 167.00 for 1 night even though the sign reads 49.99. They was a role missing in the bathroom and they plugged the hole with toilet paper. The check in man was Awsome... The room was Not,, holes in bedspread dirt or grease on bedspread Definitely Needs Attention I was surprised because usely Wyndham hotels are Nice, Not this One!!!! Definitely Needs Updated!!

Only 1 electrical outlet to plug in medically necessary CPAP. This outlet was switched to a motion sensor and required that every 2 hours you had to get up walk across the room and turn the power back on.
The television would not work initially, when i did get it working the picture was snowy. The office staff was nice enough to come look at it and did get it to clear up some.
The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. The room smelled musty. The room showed many signs of use and abuse. The bathroom reminded me of a bathroom stall at the local department store in size and cleanliness.

It was alright. A place where u can go if you just need to stop overnight while traveling. It's no closet, no ironing board, no iron and the bathroom is about the size of a closet. The ironing board that you check out from the front desk is a small table top ironing board that everyone has to share so you have to bring it back when you finish.

Room wasn't as clean as it could've been but service was awesome. Well worth the price

Not in the room for thirty minutes and saw over 6 roaches in the bathroom 5 on the mini fridge and microwave 2 one bed 1 in in another AND possible bed bug. Instead of apologizing and refunding our money front desk argues and said "we don't have roaches". Terrible hotel!

The hotel is nice but the entire staff was awful. The maids dont speak English and forced their selves in my room by pushing me back while I was only half dressed and telling them no to get out. Then management accused me of taking the TV that was clearly right on the wall and told me my nieces and nephew couldnt ne there unless I paid for them. The oldest of the 3 is 6 so that's absurd. And she told me owell about the maids. I left asap bcz I was very unhappy.

Rude, normal checkout time is 11. Got pestered by 2 people who dont have a good grasp on the language at 10:45. The night before I made sure I got a late checkout. Never again!

My first stay there the room I got had a broken bed, that was for one night and i got there late to i didn't complain. The second stay, it was going to be for 5 days. The lady at the desk was very rude, didn't speak, just pointed and made noises. The other lady was folding towels, sheets and blankets on the floor. I believe in telling the truth and only the truth. The owner was very rude so I am not going to hold back.

The room they gave me had 5 lamp shades thrown on the floor, the beds were not made, the toilet had pee all over it and floor as well. The tub was dirty had dirt/mud as well as the floor. The funny (not funny) thing is, this was supposed to be a free upgrade, I needed one bed and this one had too, which was nice to keep my items on. I immediately went to the front desk to complain. She come in, sits on the bed and starts talking to me. Then she proceeds to call the owner, which actually lives at the property. She calls and gets hung up on, and then calls back to get ahold of her and you hear the owner yelling at her. Then she gets hung up on again, so calls back. This time the lady says to the owner he wants a new room .

The new room was just as bad just without the lampshades. To add to that, the coffee maker was broken and got coffee all over my stuff when I used it. On top of that, the fridge and microwave were filled with mold! I mean real mold, not fake mold like the bad kind. I called in to HQ to complain about it. She didn't mention it until my last day when I left my bathroom essentials and she charged me an additional 66.34 for that! I called about it before checkout as I left early that morning. She refused to make it right, refused to do anything but say the room wasn't dirty and that she just did a walk through. It was my first and last day, I would hope by then the room service would take care of everything. I will be adding photos of everything here in a bit. You will be amazed.

Prime example of you get what you pay for here. Everything was average or below. A couple outlets in the room didn't work/falling out of the wall. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. The hotel itself is a little sketchy looking but the area in general isn't too bad. Quite a few restaurants nearby with a short drive. Go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Nothing! I called 2 weeks ahead to make my reservation, they did not have it when we got there! They had rooms available so I booked one. We went to the room, bathed 3 kids to then find bed bugs! They offered us a new room, which she said did not have bed bugs but had black stuff under the mattress. I asked for a refund and I am watching my account to verify she did it.
