The room was adequate for the night and I had a good waffle

It was good but not great. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The location is good if you're flying in/out of CVG. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons: There's a lot of highway noise if that bothers you. The bathroom was shoddy. I felt like I was going to pull the shower knob out of the wall. Internet was slow.

Friendly staff... clean room... bed not that comfy... it was too hard for my back...

the room was very nice but the lady at the front desk when I was checking out was one of the rudest, disrespectful people i've ever met.

Very nice staff...you will want to bring your own pillows because I used 3 and still felt like I was flat on the mattress...the hadicapped king had huge bathroom...the installation of the shower wand was upside down so I have to hold the wand the whole time...the sheets and comforter were not clean...our fridge was not cold and dripped water..all the furniture was seriously outdated.. The area isn't too bad..there is a Montgomery inn at end of street..there are two sports bars across the street..the ft Mitchell sports bar allowed smoking so I could not stay..average Joe's was not open yet at 2ish...so we went to the casino in Cincinnati..it's about a 15 min drive from hotel...I would not stay here again..unless u bring ur bottle of Lysol and wipes to clean whole room

The room was filthy. Got bitten by bed bugs and when I asked them to give a refund, they gave a ridiculous excuse that the bed bugs might have come to the room through me. They ended up giving me another room which was clean but poor service from the staff. Poor breakfast service as well.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice. However... If you need wifi for work, entertainment, or even email, this is not the place for you. They advertise free WiFi but it is actually a hot spot with tons of people tapping on to it. I could barely load my Gmail account on Firefox.

Seedy parking lots, and the shower in my room didn't work. Also, lots of noisy neighbors. You get what you pay for.

Nice, very clean. The staff was helpful and quick to take care of any issue that came up.

Stayed here on a Friday night with my wife and 2 yr old son... Very clean room nice staff checked out went home really enjoyed this hotel.... So I know what u are thinking why only 2 stars ... So I return to the area for work the following Monday and go in for a room... Same lady check me in and put me in the same exact room and checked in at 2 pm around 1 in the morning I decided to turn everything off and go to sleep and as soon as it was dark I noticed crawlers... They have a bad cockroach problem I told lady at the desk and she didn't seem surprised...never again

Terrible terrible experience. Burn holes all over both beds. Roaches, my son had a few small bites after our 2 day stay which i am assuming to be bed bug bites. Housekeeping refuses to provide enough towels and rags. Beds were super uncomfortable. Cannot bring breakfast to your room even if you have a family of 6 and cant fit in theyre tiny dining room with all the other guests. This is a very bad place to stay, i wouldnt reccomend it to anyone

If I could get away with not giving them a star I would. When I arrived to the room and pulled back the covers there was A condom wrapper and and a dirt rag under a made bed. When told management they said we had to call priceline for a refund, but when priceline called they said it was human error. Once they found out that we was disputing it and had pictures cause we sat in the car to complete the process. They came back outside and told us to have priceline to call them back and they will cancel our reservation so we can get our refund.

I have NEVER left a review for anything BUT it would be COMPLETELY INHUMANE for me not to provide a heads up about this ROACH MOTEL!!

By the time night hit the bathroom and the room itself were crawling with roaches!!

My boyfriend ended up with several bites from bed bugs and the sad part about it is we didnt realize thats what it was until speaking to a clerk.

I went to complain about the roaches and the clerk says I have never had a problem with roaches or bed bugs (mind you I didn't mention that to him)

They have a sign posted about eating in the lobby and not taking food to the room. (I'm confident this is there way of trying to keep the pest hidden)

Before I stayed there I was charged the full price on May 3rd and was told I would pay at the hotel when I checked in on the 12th!

No one refunded my money or even tried to resolve the issue of the other problems that arose when we arrived.

This roach motel is disgusting, unprofessional, and they are some crooks!!! I have NEVER had such a bad experience at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Usually a clean hotel. Some of the most unfriendly people I've come across though. The price is alright and they have a pool if you are there during the summer season. It is what it is. I still stay here one weekend a year for business.

For the price it is ok. Rooms are relatively noisy, heating and bath fans rattle something. Breakfast is included but bulky.

The price and location were were just right. The staff was nice and efficent.

I wouldn't even give them a one .. The room smelled like crack had been smoked in it.. There was a brown substance on the table and the bed made u itchy .. no refund surprise .. Gross place to stay.. wasn't even there for 45 min before trying to get my money back.

The picture is nothing like the picture. Dirty outside. Breakfast is toast or waffles with a broken waffle maker. Next to a loud freeway. Look for a better option.

Double charged my card. Had to move the microwave in the room to be able to use it. Cleaning is done to a bare minimum. Bathtub is the same size as my tub at home. Breakfast is only waffles corn flakes and raisin bran. Older white woman on Nightshift is the only pleasant employee encountered on our 3 night 4 day stay. Overheard a receptionist talking about her hatred for pitbulls and how "they need banned and she'd like to shoot any she comes across". Thankful we decided to leave our dog at home considering dogs are suppossed to be welcome there free of charge. Wouldnt recommend taking a "pitbull" apparently. Location is good and water is hot. Those are the only 2 positives from our stay. Will not stay again. Had we been able to get a refund we wouldnt have stayed the remainder of our trip either.

The toilets didn t flush right, the tub would clog up, the door to the room wouldn t shut all the way and you could also see the outside between the crack of the door. The breakfast didn t have many options, and the hotel rooms were very old. The walls hadn t been cleaned in quite some time either. Will never stay there again.

We stayed at this location for less than 12 hours. We encountered very rude staff. We requested a late check out at arrival, 12 a, which is noon. At 1045, 2 staff memebers pushed their way into our room, whom spoke or understood no english. As my husband was sleeping .Then again at 1145 they attempted to come in our room again while my husband was in the shower. The staff then started yelling saying it was past check out. Would not recommend.

NASTY. Would not be my first choice for business or personal travel. Outdoor entrance to each room, a barbecue in the parking lot at 9:30 PM, Sketchy characters loitering at no extra charge. Jesus give me strength.

The photo of the property is deceiving. Ask for photos of the fine accommodations.

Most of the rooms have recently been remodeled decently clean no bed bugs which is a bonus for the area. I stay here a couple of times a year when visiting relatives near food and a Graeter's Ice Cream would totally recommend staying here

Booked a non-smoking room but it smelt like a cigarette carton. One pillow case still had make-up on, so I just didn't use that one. No ironing board!

Nice place for a break before to continu your Journey. You have a pool if you want to swim. You are close to the high way and have fast-food and groceries around. People are welcoming and always ready to help. You should go there and live your own experience.

Very high prices. Price was not quoted price on display board. Some obscure reason was given for discrepancy. This is my 2nd visit here and the exact same pricing error occurred on my first visit as well with a different reason given. I believe this is "bait and switch", if not that then most definitely deceptive pricing. I will not return again and will warn other travelers of the same.

Smokers room have holes in all bedding. They treat smokers badly.

They really don t even deserve 1 star. The staff/owner was horrible and disrespectful. When we originally asked to switch rooms they argeeed, when we went down to get keys, they told us to stay in the same room or leave. (So we left due to the nasty conditions of the orginal room) The kept the 78 dollars for the room and would not give a refund, (we were also over charged, because online it shows 57)

Roaches, poor service, harassment from house keeping, she nearly pushed room door open when I repeatedly told her I don't need any cleaning. Roaches I said that right. A roach crawled on me. Nasty place.

IT was one of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. The night time front office person was very unfriendly not only did he not greet me , but I was not given any information on the property for example when was breakfast,or where the ice machine was and I had requested a room on the lower level but the room I got was on the top. Their was no information in the room either and I was very uncomfortable considering I was traveling alone and from Georgia.

It was a very nice place and very clean the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool and our 2 year old son loved it. It was a very nice stay!

Found a dead hooker covered in roaches, tried to return to front desk for a discount and they handed me a sprite and said try harder next time. Very angry at the quality of the sprite

Rooms were dirty, mold smell in both rooms, and no room service (asked for towels and never got them).

This place was a nightmare from the moment I got out of my car. Should've known, super 8 sounds like a gas station. The room smelled like dead cat, carpet was soiled. Thought it was going to be fine until I stepped into the shower only to be suprised ankle deep in fecal matter. I managed to leave my dental floss out while I was away from the hotel.. when I came back the roaches had hung themseleves from it, because even they hate this hotel.

Dated Motel but rooms where clean, beds were comfortable & internet worked well. Very convenient off of 71 on way to Louisville from Cincinnati. Not much for breakfast available when we went at 8:30 am. Bread & waffle maker only. There is a McDonalds nearby luckily.

Pathetic is all I can say. Don t leave anything in your room, we rented 3 nights and come back after the second night just to see the maid had came in to clean our room and took the money off of our nightstand. Talked to the office and they raised their voice and talked above me the whole time I was trying explain what had happened. It gets better, After that I walked back up to my room to find the maid trying to place the money back where she found it. (Mind you this is 4pm she in my room putting some money back that she stole from me.) extremely disappointing I would recommend you find somewhere else to stay no matter the price. Have some integrity as a company. Worst experience at a hotel by far.

Just stopped in to stay a couple of days here do to a softball tournament. This place was dirty when I got to the room there was still cleaning supplies in the room. A guy with poor English came in yelling about towels as I was checking the beds all I need to see was a bed bug under the box spring sheet and we were out. I left the bed and sheets in the middle of the floor. Called my bank about the payment and left. After the clerk was told I wasn't paying because of the bed bugs which I took a picture of on my phone. He told me that those were new mattresses which they weren't and that they shouldn't have bugs. Most horrible experience ever please don't stay here. If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't.

Well built building did not here much from rooms around us. You can hear the trains. Pool not up and running yet.no food within walking distance. There is some about a half mile away.

Has cockroaches. Was in the room 5 minutes and seen 3!!! Room was 231. Went straight down and got a refund and left

We had an absolutely terrible experience with them. We needed a room around 5 am, when we got there they only had 1 room left available. Not only was it more expensive than any other hotel in the area and as advertised on Kayak, they wanted to charge us $10 dollars more for the remote to the tv. When we finally got into the room after about 30 minutes the room smelled of marijuana like someone had just smoked a joint and walked out. I found that to be very awful as I have two small children, and the smell alone makes me sick. Service was horrible in general. We will never stay in another Super 8 hotel because this was just...NO... Will never recommend to anyone..

If you have another option for a motel, would not recommend this Super 8.

Clean rooms, service was good, breakfast was your standard cereal and waffles. Plenty of coffee, juice, no teas that I could see but they did have hot chocolate. Easy to get to and back on to the expressway.

Posting this to counteract all the bad reviews. I'll start off by saying that when I made reservations with this hotel, I began seeing more and more "negative" comments. I became a little bit more nervous of the situation, especially when I saw the bed bugs and a syringe needle was found, all that stuff. As it came time to leave I really thought I was going to have to change hotels at the last minute.... Anyways! We arrived at the hotel and went into the office, the woman upfront was nice. We got our room and when we walked in I checked beds and stuff top to bottom out of paranoia... These beds were fine. Everything was plugged in. Bathroom was clean. We had towels. The only thing "wrong" with this is place is yes the rooms are slightly outdated... Like, the bathroom door is wooden. The furniture in the breakfast area is dated as well. The only small complaint I have is my boyfriend went down and asked for4 towels and 4 waahclothes in the office and a guy came back with three towels and said this is all I have. Which we had towels in the room so I wasn't to offended. I'm over all happy with the stay and the decent price, well most likely be back.

Stayed here 6/29/16. Room was OK - clean, with working air conditioner & shower. Sink did not drain properly. TV control would not turn on TV - had to be done manually (no big deal unless you could not figure it out). One bedside light did not work because cord was too short to reach plug-in (design flaw). Night management friendly. Morning - not so. When I told her that waffle maker was not working properly, she made no effort to fix the problem (acted as though I did not know what I was talking about) - too much of an inconvenience apparently. Also, bathroom is right next to waffle maker - that CANNOT be according to code! Disgusting, Continental breakfast was dismal. Overall - OK. 3 star only because room was clean and shower & air worked. Otherwise, I would have rated it 1 or 2.
