Drawbridge Inn & Convention Center Reviews

Do not say here! My brother and I walked in and he said we cannot say here. The pillow cases had cigarette burns in them. No iron in the room. I only had one WiFi bar and I needed to get some homework done. Smelled like perfume covering up funk. Hotel was run down. Shady looking people hanging around. I called Wyndham and cancelled the hotel and booked at Wingate in nearby Erlander, KY. It cost $129 but way nicer.

The staff is horrible and rude! Whoever the black lady is that works Friday and Saturdays talks to customers like trash! I have never felt more uncomfortable and disrespected in my life as I did at this place.

Around 1am an impaired man knocked on the door relentlessly. He said he was a couple doors down and was looking for drugs. Seen a roach right away oh bring shampoo n such.
