Guest service was lacking in every way. They were not only unfriendly but at times were actually rude. My bed had a large burn hole in the cover. The pool was dirty, full of debris. While at the pool a woman showed up fully clothed in pants and long sleeves, she jumped in the pool right between a large group of people the proceeded to bring her dog in the water! The pool is in full view of the office and the woman said she has done this several times. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, and to be honest the shower could have been cleaner. An hour and a half into breakfast it was wiped out. All in all not a great visit.
