It's a shame that you have to assign at least one star here. I have complained directly to DPD several times about the way they work. But you don't even get an answer. Today I (unfortunately!) Received another package by DPD. What does the delivery person do because nobody was home? He throws it over the fence (height of fall> 1.60 m). The package is in the garden, 100% exposed to all weather conditions: Today almost 40 degrees and full sun, the coming days may rain. All in all, not good for the content. What would DPD do if I had gone on vacation for 1 week? The package would just have been there ...
For example, the content of one of the last packages that we received in this way was directly broken. Incredible!!
I cannot recommend DPD in any way. Of all the parcel services I know of by far the worst.
