PACKAGES ARE SIMPLY DEPOSED ON PLOT. Accessible to strangers! Storage locations have never been released by me. Customer service bad.

The last parcel was not delivered and was simply delivered to the parcel shop 8 km away. Driver was not with us. The package is now returning. DPD management doesn't care

Next example: laptop was put on property when it rained. Supposedly I would have personally accepted the package against signature. Customer service doesn't respond.

Last week, the package was reportedly handed over personally. However, nobody was at home. Package has disappeared!
