Simply inadequate. Despite the correct address, it cannot be delivered twice because the address is supposedly incorrect. The first time both e-mails and calls were sent and even a number left for queries. Unfortunately nobody wanted to call. The second time I complained, it was delivered the next day. Package very broken and just put in front of the door. Service is not. Unfortunately I couldn't choose who delivers, but DPD will definitely not be my choice in the future!
