Although you can clarify with the support by email when and where the package is to be handed in, the package will not be delivered even though there were 2 people in the house and last but not least you will be given as a person where it was delivered, strange and incomprehensible. The support that you can reach by phone after more than half an hour of waiting for a chargeable call, then tells me that it has been delivered, is not so that you call exactly because that didn't happen. Instead of taking care of the matter, the only thing to do is to report to the seller and complain. Would rather not have given a star because it is an absolute cheek. The entire service that I was able to experience at DPD in this case is bad underground today. Fortunately, we usually get parcels delivered via DHL and Hermes, where something goes wrong, but the customers and their concerns are dealt with much better, especially if the error occurs in their home.
