It is getting worse with us. One can no longer understand the messengers. Sometimes my parcels are brought to me by a resident on another street who at least had my house number. Catastrophe. In the area where I work, however, it works very well. But there is also someone who speaks the German language and does his job properly. There have never been any problems.
