I have given a parking permit - so far so good. But that applies to "when I'm not there" and "in the garage". It would be necessary to ring the doorbell at least once to find out whether I'm there, if not -> into the garage. Just put it in front of the door where everyone could take it and where it would get wet when it rains is not okay.

Best experience with DPD. Best communication and always delivers in time.

The parcels are not brought to my front door, but are deposited in a freely accessible location about 1 km from my front door.
I have never given DPD permission to do so.

Just throw the package on the doorstep. Great. Although parking permits are available and we were even at home.

Dpd tipped a 20 kg package for my wife's feet on the sidewalk. When she asked to bring the package to the front door because she couldn't carry it, the delivery man just ran away. We then had to unpack it on the sidewalk to transport the contents. Dpd is not interested in using these occurrences as an opportunity to warn the deliverer, if you give the deliverer a star in the web interface, there is not even a free text field to report something.

Can't say anything negative so far. Always comes in the specified time window. Deliverer always nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, after two weeks, 3 houses were not delivered to the recipient but to a neighbor, even though someone was there and an A3 note was hanging on the door. SORRY a slower and unreliable delivery barely works anymore

1st attempt to deliver the package did not work, apparently it was in the street, but did not go to the end. I then directly contacted the seller, who sent my data again with a precise description and luckily the second time it worked (I also waited at the door ;-))
I wonder if the terrarium with glass panes is whole!

Unfortunately, DPD's parcel carriers don't seem to be able to read.
House numbers that are 1.5 km apart, names that can not be more different. The package is simply handed over somewhere else. Nobody knows about this at the filing address. There seems to be a lot of indifference among DPD delivery agents. Package away, money away, preferably DPD away too.

Today I was very disappointed by Dpd. I gave parking OK for the front door. But if I have to find my 8kg package on my neighbour's doorstep while pregnant and still have to carry it to me, that's impossible!

The driver came reliably at the time I was told. Absolutely to suggest.

Just problems, either late or supposedly nobody home. The last shipments were damaged.

Despite email notification with the correct name and address, the package was reported to a stranger as "successfully delivered". Unfortunately, this is not the first time!
In addition, the package was clearly damaged when we finally found it! Clearly a miserable service !!!!

Courier doesn't even attempt to deliver the parcel 8/10 times. It happens regularly that I'm home waiting for the parcel, see on your app that the courier parked in front of my building and an hour later I get notified that my parcel was dropped at PaketShop. Whenever I am given choice of picking between couriers, I do not pick DPD exactly for this reason.

It didn't even ring, I accidentally discovered my package!

5 days after the order I have no visibility about the status or any projected delivery date. The parcel is somewhere on earth but feel relax DPD is on it. Not professional.

I have no problem with contactless delivery, but simply squeezing the package into the mailbox and accepting that the content can be damaged is not acceptable!
I was at home but once again the doorbell did not ring. IMPOSSIBLE this delivery.

3 times in a row my parcels were just parked in front of the door without ringing once because I was at home every time and simply reported as delivered.

Driver simply drops the package at the front door !! 10 meters from the street, clear view of the door !!

Even though I live in a village, DPD always put the parcels carefully, really quickly and on time at the storage location! A really big compliment and thanks from Thuringia !!! No other parcel deliverer does it better! TOP!!!

Very good information on delivery and on time. You can rely on DPD. Smile a little more in some, not all. I know that the work is exhausting. Keep it up.

An absolute cheek what DPD is doing there. We live in an apartment building and the doorbell is rung, the door is opened, the package is THROWED into the mailboxes below and the deliverer is gone. There is no greeting and no information that the package will be stored. It's a shame that you can't control it when you order via Amazon and the dealer delivers via dpd. Absolutely not recommended

Fast delivery, the package was delivered to the neighbor and notification in the mailbox. So it's perfect.

The kinderwagen was not received but the driver stated that it was delivered on the 3rd attempt. First attempt, he was not able to find my address but I had 2 parcels from Dpd from 2 different delivery! I got the package from the first driver but the second driver could not find my address! When they were just around my area few minutes away! 2nd attempt, stated I wasn t home but I was and again he was just around the area! 3rd attempt after calling their customer service that I have an appointment on that day and to deliver it on Saturday instead of Friday. Went to my address no one is at home and they left a note with tovose !!! With no address or who to call! and said that the parcel has been delivered! Unbelievable!

Meine Erfahrungen mit dpd Lieferungen sind leider immer wieder unterirdisch. Entweder die Lieferanten klingeln gar nicht, sodass ich meine Pakete abholen muss. Oder sie sind sehr unfreundlich.

Rude drivers and unreliable parcel delivery! Deadlines are not met and damaged packages are placed with the customer in such a way that damage cannot be recognized when they are accepted! Refusing to take damage! The driver is banned from me! In the future I will refuse to accept any damaged parcel that is delivered by DPD!

Never using DPD for delivery again! I waited for 2 whole days at home and I still haven't received my parcel. The delivery was supposed to be on monday because I checked it as preferred day on their website, and this is after an already huge delay with the shipping but lets leave this aside.
So I waited at home the whole day but nothing came, I guess there was some kind of delay with the transit too. Anyway, the next day I am still waiting at home and constantly keeping an eye on the "live-tracking" system, which is showing me that the delivery is supposed to happen between 11:30 am and 12:30 am. Yes, but NO because the parcel does not move from some DPD Depot that's two hours away from my home the whole time until 19 o'clock! And then suddenly the system showed me that the parcel was already delivered (at around 11:30) to ME. Nobody showed up and nobody delivered anything to me. I didn't sign on anything. I still don't know where my parcel is and I am just hoping that it's not lost! Customer service is very bad too, I already called twice. They still can't provide me with any information.

You are not able to deliver two parcels that belong together and are in the same depot on the same day at the same time. A sad picture for a service provider who also collects shipping costs twice. Such a service provider has lost its trust on the part of the sender.

My package was announced for today between 15:15 and 16:15, it worked perfectly, the messenger rang shortly after 4:00 p.m. the package sent up in the elevator.

Repeatedly dpd writes that the packages have been delivered, but it is not correct. Even today I was at home all day, when someone rings the doorbell this is recorded, i.e. "Overhearing" is not possible and still there is no package. It has often happened that it comes the next day or can be found somewhere in the neighborhood. Sometimes it just lies in the garden, thrown in, regardless of whether it rains or not - that is a huge mess and I have repeatedly criticized it - without any reaction from dpd. this is NOT a service, this is outrageous!

Instead of a personal customer advisor, I only get the same information on the phone as I can find for FREE on the Internet. And then max. 60 c demand.
And my package didn't arrive.

As many others have written, broadcasts are simply left on the street. Wait for 1 second after the bell rings, then drive away. Not polite. Need for improvement. As a customer, I don't know the background ... Stress, salary, motivation ??? I can only sum up one thing. DPD is currently the worst delivery service :(

Very friendly parcel deliverer. I was informed by email that the package should arrive between 14: 43-15: 43. It was exactly to the minute at 14:43

Ordered goods were delivered with DPD, but not delivered to me, even though I was at home, but to a person who is completely unknown to me.
Unfortunately, the goods are gone because they cannot be found.

A star is therefore still too much.

If there were no stars I would do it. Once again, the deliverer (always the same driver) simply threw our shipment into the stairwell. Addressing what you were at home was successfully ignored. No response is shown on cover letter to dpd. So the company still seems to be doing too well to be interested in customer satisfaction. The competition is by far better and priced very close to dpd.

Parcels are simply placed on the doorstep without a parking okay (MULTIPLE !!). Completely unprofessional and totally unacceptable!

It worked out great and the deliverer was very friendly and even carried the goods up the stairs!

Again no delivery even if someone was in the apartment the whole day. This happened now for the 6 time for a Saturday delivery.

In front of the apartment door on the 2nd floor was requested, as always the package was carefree somewhere in the hallway next to the entrance where everyone could take it. And that only because the front door was open below otherwise the parcel driver would not have come in and probably had put it in front of the house on the street. Not nice

Absolute disaster. Although my wife was still talking to the driver on the doorbell, he just wanted to get back in his vehicle with our delivery and drive off. Absolute cheek.

Unfortunately the delivery was again delayed. If there is already tracking, it should be kept up to date.
The shipment should be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Wednesday, the status was suddenly no longer visible. The delivery took place on Friday.

I realize that it is often not easy to meet the deadlines and a delay can easily happen, but then a delay could at least be evident when tracking. So everyone can plan a little better.
I only suspect that this problem will not change anytime soon at DPD.

I ordered a set of house appliances from a site here in Germany. The issue is that I wanted that delivered in my new house, which I will get in in 15 days. To my surprise this site started sending all the packages alone and not together. I called them, and they told me, you just refuse the package and it will be cancelled! Then I tried to find a way to communicate with DPD to cancell the delivery but it was impoossible. I waited on call which lasted more than 5 minutes of a stubid music and no response, and it charged me 0.60euro. To my surprise they delivered it to the Neighbor which I don't even know who is he, and he is going to keep my home appliances now for 15 days! Well done DPD, people some time should learn how to walk backward not just forward!

The ladies and gentlemen from dpd have never / never received a "permanent" cancellation okay from me. All parcels that are delivered by dpd are simply parked, even if I'm not there / at home for a few days. So the parcels are visible from the street in front of the front door for days! That is a cheek and devoid of any agreement or custom!

Problems with DPD again and again. Allegedly refused acceptance. No one came around. Packages disappeared. Or completely wrong house in front of the door. Offended by driver. .... The field is too short to write down everything that happened.

The delivery was super punctual. The friendly driver drove to my address twice until a direct delivery to me was possible.

Today, as announced by DPD, the parcel was delivered safely and punctually to the minute. The delivery man was very friendly.
