It is a miracle if my parcels are delivered at all...

It is a miracle if my parcels are delivered at all. The deliverer seems to have a personal problem with us (although the person is unknown to me) Either the parcels are supposedly attempted to be delivered (which is definitely not the case) and returned after 3 unsuccessful attempts, or it is boldly claimed that we have received the Would have refused acceptance. It is also not true. After several complaints with DPD, the situation unfortunately does not improve. The driver is said to have been instructed and trained, but still does not seem to care about doing his job. The service is unfortunately an impertinence in my eyes.
