Very slow and no reliable parcel service! Today the package was delivered to a completely different address and name. The deliverers do not speak the German language in writing or word !!!!
I don't blame these people, but DPD is actually hard on the allowable limit in terms of payment and the hours these drivers have to perform. I can only recommend all senders of parcels, just let this parcel service disappear from Germany. You are doing the people who work there a favor.
