I had received an email notification today that my package had been successfully delivered to me even though I was not at home. There was no package to be found. We neither had a notification in the mailbox that the parcel might be in the parcel shop, nor had it been handed over to the neighbor. Waited so long for this package just because it should be a birthday present. And now I'm standing there without a package and can take care of it or try to find out where the package is. Outrageous !!!!!!!!!!!! Always have problems with DPD !!!! In any case, I will not order anywhere else where DPD is offered !!!! Worst service !!! Not even worth a star !!!!
