It has been claimed that the package has been deposited. There was no deposit and the package could not be found. Nobody rang the bell. Fortunately, we were at home and were able to file a complaint with Dpd immediately after the delivery email. The package then came in the evening.

With the last order, we again did not specify a storage location and the package was simply placed in front of your door. The content was clearly too expensive for that.

Dpd is no longer an option for us. Then I prefer to order somewhere else.
