My neighbor's parcel simply parked in front of my door without ringing the bell and without a storage contract. Waiting time at the customer hotline 15 minutes, of course subject to a charge! Repeat collection not possible, the deliverer allegedly made no mistake because I had a storage contract at the same address with a completely different name. Bottom line: never again DPD. I will no longer order from senders who only send with DPD.
