The parcel was given to someone else without a deposit permit, only the first name is communicated! Since new messengers keep coming and everyone claims to be jumpers, nobody can help. Unfortunately it is lost, the support does not help but refers to the sender. The package is of course delivered to him! Unbelievably bad.
