No notification of the remainder of the shipment, ...

No notification of the remainder of the shipment, allegedly left in a safe place or with a neighbor.
I've been home all day.
I received a package from the post office on the same day, at my home and not anywhere.
The fact is that I have not received anything and have contacted the seller.
By the way, this is not the first incident. A shipment which consisted of two packages was deposited at two different house entrances so I had to collect it first.
This is not a service, just a must
