A disaster! As a business customer who sends regular parcels, I have to say: DPD is really good at defending against customers. According to the agreement, the packages should be picked up automatically at my company the next day. In fact, DPD needs an average (!) Of a whole week and currently (despite several complaints) it takes two weeks. That is not enough. Your customer service is unreasonable and your whole company is not recommended.

The response to the complaint alone leaves a lot to be desired:

"At the moment, the only thing that happens is that if an advised order is not picked up, it does not automatically slip into the next day. So you have to contact us if the order has not been picked up so that we can re-enter the order."

And:

"I passed your request on to the appropriate colleagues on site. We would be happy to hear from you."

I complained several times this week that the packages were not picked up. Nothing happens. Shouldn't it be possible to pick up the shipments Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in 34497 Korbach?

Why are the DPD deliverers who deliver to me every day not allowed to take parcels with them? There are of course extra people who collect the consignments ...
