Worst parcel service in Germany. 2 packages have disappeared without a trace, as they were apparently parked in front of the front door. Today my package was thrown over the courtyard wall (3 meters high) and then lay in the courtyard for several hours, since nobody was at home. In the meantime it was raining and my package is soaking wet. Something like that is not possible. Biggest filth club.
