Customer service is friendly but not helpful at all, as I am given different information than the seller.
I was told that the package was left at a storage location but not where and there was no notification in the mailbox, the dealer was informed that the package would be sent back to the dealer.
And that although dpd have already delivered to the same address in the last 3 years.
