Parcels are simply parked repeatedly in front of the house or in the middle of the entrance area of a multi-party house, even though someone was at home AND a storage location in front of the apartment was specified on the 6th floor.
Anyone else could just take the packages with them! It has nothing to do with Corona! A bottomless cheek and laziness.
