I have almost exclusively had bad experiences with DPD, here is the summary:
1. Package (40 Euro value of goods) was, according to the notification that came one day later, put in the mailbox, no trace of the package, after all, after 1 1/2 months and an affidavit not to have received the package, the goods were replaced.
2. Urgently needed package (orthopedic aid v. 300 Euro value of goods) stayed in the delivery base for almost 1 week before it was delivered through the intervention of the sender, it was simply put in front of the apartment door and rang the bell without making sure that someone was at home .
3. The delivery person rings the doorbell at the front door, mumbles something incomprehensible and simply puts the package in front of the elevator door on the ground floor.
4. Delivery man rings and asks me to come downstairs only after my refusal to go downstairs and the request to put it upstairs (5th floor elevator) in front of the apartment door, he finally complied with the request.
5. The deliverer obviously did not bother to deliver the parcel personally twice, even though someone was always at home, but instead dropped it off at the pick-up station which is a 15-minute walk away.
6. In all cases the estimated time and position of the tracking app was not in the least correct.
Such business conduct is absolutely unacceptable even in times of Corona, just stupid that I can't always choose the sender.
