DPD does not ring! Even though someone is at home....

DPD does not ring! Even though someone is at home. In the pickup shop it is delivered 3 days later to pick it up there. The DPD package navigator cannot be used either, everything is always grayed out, so nothing can be selected. Complaints are not followed up, no feedback.
Big bow to DPD. At least on tour 104 !!!
