We get a delivery every Saturday, every time we were at home to receive the package. It was NEVER rang. Food is included in the package. The first two times it was simply parked in the sun with our neighbors. We could throw away the food!
The third time the box was not delivered at all. After several inquiries it was said that the delivery was late. The order status was changed to Delivered but the package never arrived.
The fourth time the package was allegedly parked at the storage location (hallway) but it was under the carport, next to the neighbor's car. DPD is an absolute disaster and absolutely not to be recommended.
