The ball room was great for our event. About 250 people, but parking was awful.
Easy access. Clean and updated room and bathroom. This is my go to hotel for Denver.
Great service, no complaints n definitely would recommend this hotel.
Food over priced. Service was slow in the restaurant. Front desk forgot wakeup call. Room small and decor outdated.
VERY nice although undergoing a renovation. Friendly staff and clean.Rooms o.k. but over priced.
My room did not come with a fridge. I went and asked at the front desk about getting one. Even before I walked away from the counter the employee was on the phone to housekeeping. When I returned from dinner a fridge was in my room. I want to stay there again.
Busy time for hotel during stay. However, hotel proved to be accommodating.
Great stay the breakfast was good and the staff make you feel st home.
Great rooms, restaurants, facilities and services.
Second time coming here for the Realtors Land Institute conference and no complaints except Lobby is under renovation and Wifi is not working.
Starbucks associates weren't nice except for a young guy. Hotel is clean.
Decent hotel, construction is going on right now. Looks like it will be really nice when completed
I spend in the neighborhood of 200 nights a year domestically and international in hotels. Last evening I had one of my best experiences yet. After interacting with Tyler and AJ I know why I prefer the Hilton product (in this case Double Tree). They were very professional and could not do enough to make sure I was pleased. Thanks guys & see you soon. Bob
The staff was super friendly everybody was really nice the rooms were gorgeous the lobby was beautiful
It is what it is. Large chain hotel with little personality and elevated prices. The room was nice and large with good facilities, and there was plenty of options for food and drinks. The free WiFi is absolutely rubbish (obviously trying to seek their premium WiFi), and we ended up giving up with it entirely and going to a nearby coffee shop to get online.
I had a job to do here but the staff was awesome and very caring for their guests
Enter level is top shelf. All other floors and rooms need a facelift. Cookies make is worth it though.
All the guests i have transported to and have positive reactions.
Excellent staff, beautiful space, accommodating shuttle service.
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Walls thin... You can hear everything from the hallways and adjacent rooms. Hotel has restaurant and two bars. Decent free Internet. (Netflix even worked sometimes).
The hotel was clean, well maintained. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and bed comfortable.
Hotel needs some updating, carpets are stained and the pool needs resurfaced. The staff is incredible! Very helpful and polite.
Good clean hotel with nice rooms (some with a mountain view) and attentive staff.
Great space, needs more parking, otherwise no complaints
Awesome service and location. This would be the place to stay when I'm town. Shopping and eating all around.
This place is beyond beautiful..very nice staff.the tour was amazing..
Great price, probably because they are undergoing renovation. Comfortable and clean, next to a bad neighborhood but I didn't feel unsafe. Shuttles to the C train station for the airport or downtown which make this a convenient but lower cost option than downtown.
Real nice hotel. Service was amazing. Rooms are the best
Great location. Clean rooms. Contemporary decor. Pleasant staff. Nice bar area.
Hotel was nice, the restaurant inside the hotel was awful.
Rooms had stains on the carpets. Moved from one room to another and still the same problem. Couldn't tell if it was a coffee stain or something else. Complained to front desk and they were apologetic but didn't seem to care to much. Won't be staying here again.
Building was under construction but staff was great & stay was very comfortable.
Good place to spend a night comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and tv. Overall the hotel is pretty dated after the lobby and the views aren't that great.
The hotel is very nice. The lobby area is being remodeled and is a mess. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite which was way more space than I needed, but was appreciated. There are only a couple of things which I see need improvement... Parking is very tight and the breakfast buffet is $15.00 for a fancier setting of what is free at a Hampton Inn.
Not to please on how some staff are so rude and want to blame others for their mistakes. The manager this morning obviously needs to learn how to talk to guest and how to count. The drain for the hot tub doesn't stay in place and is very dangerous. The night auditor last name ght was actually nice and should teach the manager a few things. Will never come back to this hotel again
Attended a banquet in one of the ballrooms. Service was very nice.
Very friendly staff and the room was clean and relaxing. Stopped at the sports bar at night for some really good food and the server was great. They serve Starbucks at that bar as well and the baristas were very friendly and spent some time chatting with us.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wish there was a mini fridge, but it was fine. Enjoyed my stay here.
Above average hotel near the former Denver airport. Clean, updated, good internet, very nice common areas, and best of all extremely helpful and pleasant staff. One of the better locations near the old Airport.
My family and I stayed at this hotel from Aug. 2nd - Aug. 4th 2019. I d like to thank the front desk manager/lead (AJ) for being so patient and kind with us as I was having problems with my card. Not only that but he was so nice and apologetic. Also, the bartender working that day was AMAZING!! Such a nice guy. Highly recommend it s a nice area also. Thanks!
Clean and good enough hotel. Unfortunately no airport shuttle.
Extremely friendly staff. Sera & Dean were especially helpful to me. Service & pet friendly. Coffee Bar in lobby with expresso drinks & various snacks of all kinds. Fireplace to sit around also. Just a nice place to stay.
Booked a room here a week prior through Priceline. Called the hotel so I didn t have to used a third party and didn t receive a response. Arrived at 7pm. After the 3 of us arrived at the room, found, to our amazement, one twin bed, and a handicap sit- down shower. Went to the front desk to be informed that they are completely booked, and that they will send up a rolley-bed and the shower head detaches so you can wash yourself. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again.
We rented a car for 5 days and it was very cheap with the USAA account.
The front desk staff are so professional and helpful. I broke my arm while mountian climbing and the one front desk guy always asked how I was and sent extra pillows to our room. The bars and restaurant in the hotel are reasonably priced and the food was great. The Rocky Mountain trout was my favorite. I took off one star because Guest Services was completely useless. They had a cut of an attitude the few times we tried to ask them questions and never really had an answer or knowledge of activities in the area. Other than that, our stay was great.
I got an unasked for wakeup call at 4 am. When I told them I didn't want any wakeup calls they apologized and said it was a system fault. Ok I'll buy that but then they did it again the next day at 4 am. No one is paying attention. It's very hard to get needed rest when you get phone calls at 4am. I checked out.
This is literally been the worst hotel stay I've ever had. They did not inform us that there would be construction the entire time. They have been drilling next to each room we have been in waking us up multiple times . They've tried switching our rooms where the noise continues. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, irresponsible, and I would never recommend ever coming to this hotel to anyone. Ever.
Pictures online do not match actual rooms. Room had blonde hair on bed and bathroom and carpet is stained. The cookies are good.
Our iron was not working and within 10 minutes of calling the front desk we had a brand new iron delivered. Thank you Hilton.
Rooms are clean and updated. Location is convenient to both downtown Denver and the airport.
There are 2 double trees on Quebec. The court terms person gave me the wrong internet password.
Overall a decent hotel, suffers from lack of maintenance. Garbage liners in the hallway and elevators during the day. Elevator buttons don't work. Furniture is tattered and worn. Staff is very nice.
I was there for a Fred Astaire show case. Had a blast. Dinner was very tasty.
Nicholas the night manger from Tampa was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. He treated us like we did not belong there! I will never stay in a double tree again.
Not your typical Hilton hotel. The lobby is extremely nice, the rooms and hallways are older and dank, smelled like they were recently smoked in and in serious need of updating! Is in a great location and a decent price.
Good experience as a hotel, but really only used it to crash at night. Can't speak for gym or most amenities. I will say that the Starbucks in the lobby is kind of a rip-off sometimes, got a half filled cappuccino which at Starbucks prices is pretty annoying. As for the actual hotel room, it was clean and the maids actually used the do not disturb signs - you'd be surprised how rare that is. Was not interrupted while sleeping once, except by a loud neighbor. 5 star on main service for sure.
Online said $89 booked it online, and once we arrived to check-in, it turned into $159($189 after tax). Do not waste your time and money at this unprofessional hotel! Nothing is within walking distance. I have stayed at many super 8 s with WAY bigger and better rooms, and they didn t have a $16 breakfast. On the phone, the lady said there wasn t a pet fee. So, if you are staying with a dog, they tack on $50 for pets. Right after you sign, they tell you it s and extra $50 for a cleaning fee, on top of the $50 they just charged you-literally right after you sign the pet agreement and pay the initial $50. Math didn t add up. Crappy tiny room that is way over-priced. We had to walk 8 minutes just to find a place for our dog to go out(it s just rocks), plus you can t leave your dog alone, or they will call animal control. Do not do business with with crooked business.
Cookies are good, but don't let the front desk text you like they want.
The lobby and staff were phenomenal. The agent was friendly and very helpful. This is where the niceness ends. The instant I left the elevator on the "Hilton Honors floor," I wish I went somewhere else. I get that the hotel is old, but it's got dingy doors and colors, and popcorn ceilings that really make me feeling like I should not be paying this much to stay here. It's a decent hotel, but it needs some help. I won't be back.
Pretty run down. Discussing additional chargers on room service. order 1 meal at 19.50. Came out at $29.50. thats not including tip. True example of hidden costs in America.
Wonderful staff clean rooms, would stay there again.
The good? It's a Nice clean hotel. Staff is friendly and professional and its dog friendly. Now to get to the bad.......Parking isn't the greatest, water pressure sucks, the bed is super uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin, the combination of hearing the neighbors laughIng and partying all night, plus the noise from the road added with the most uncomfortable bed in hotel history makes for a very poor nights sleep,
All in all, for 89 bucks a night you definitely get you money's worth. Because yaknow, you get what you pay for ;)
Super loud lobby, unkind concierge, and poor room cleaning made my stay here terrible. I have stayed at many hotels in this area and this by far was my worse experience. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel.
