Great service, but the food made me feel gas or have a sick stomach.

I stayed here two nights for the Gem Show. It was great because the event was at the hotel. Good price for the room. The room was clean but the ice machine on our floor was broken. Also, the rest of the hotel was disgusting. Huge dust bunnies in the elevators, dried tomatoes and food stuck to the floor tiles by the pool for two days in a row, the lobby floor was gross. People left garbage by the elevators because their was no trash can and it took all day for it to get cleaned up. Also the bathroom was super small and not very user friendly.

Was there for a work event. Place was very pleasant with a nice breakfast buffet. Staff was accomodating.

Attended professional networking event. Nice place, good parking, great facilities

Great food, friendly staff but dated to be sure. Biggest suggestion: if you're getting poolside room, don't. It's nothing but loud until 11 when the pool closes so if you're there on business or go to sleep early, you'll hate this in every way possible.

Nice hotel with many conference rooms, gym pool and wonderful bar and restaurant. When you check in, you receive a warm cookie

Tiny room for family with pack n play. Odd numbered rooms smaller than even numbered rooms.

Attended for a convention, nice amount of space to wander and clean

You can tell it's an older Hotel however the rooms have all been remodeled and it's very nice

Great service with everything we needed. We were welcomed with a warm cookie, and we later requested both a fridge and microwave and got both! We didn't have to wait around for them either, they were just there when we got back.

It is very well clean and comfortable to rest the rooms are spacious

Bar continues to have the worst service. They never notice your drink empty, takes forever to pay your bill. I only go because others I'm with don't want to walk to TGI Fridays.

Double Tree was beautifully clean, the staff was extremely accommodating, and overall had a wonderful time there.

Have stayed in rooms in the tower previously and were impressed. This time had a room on 1st floor. Bathroom was horrible with mildew in tile grout, shower rod falling down, shower curtain torn. Blanket on bed dingy grey, supposed to be white.

Building is kinda run-down and rooms feel older than most of the other hotels around. For the price of a room, you can probably find better around the area. Cleaning staff was rude enough to wake me up by being noisy in the halls, which was upsetting.

This place is great. Amazing things to do and smells great. No smoke smell. The pool is great. The rooms are great. The lobby is amazing.

This venue is not event friendly. Their management has actively made the experience worse for several organizations that have been booked there. Do not book here for large groups. That being said the space is very nice and the staff is kind and helpful. Do not deal with the management here and look elsewhere.

Good stay. All bathroom items have lavendar in them with no hypoallergenic options so if anyone has an allergy you will want your own soap/shampoo

Dated. Never stayed in the rooms, but it's pretty dated and the pool is in a huge atrium. Little awkward for the people having meetings, not so professional.

Very outdated and the place needs to be re-designed, the carpeting throughout the entire place is dirty.

Very dated rooms...time for an upgrade! Super small bathrooms...Who still has attached toilets to the sink!? The bed squeaked also. Not even any breakfast included, which is always a perk for me and my family. This particular location made me want to never stay at a Double Tree Hotel ever again!

At a conference, so rooms are free. Regardless rooms are small with 2 double beds. Bathroom is really small but clean. Check in for 500 people at conference took 35 min with only 2 hosts which results in the 2 star rating

The doubletree provided the space for the event planning meeting i attended. The room provided was clean, well furnished, and suzeable enough for our needs

While our room was pretty decent. The pool area was terrible. The floor wasnt clean the hot tub had black particles and people vaping in the pool area. Not an area for small children.

Did not stay overnight, attended an event & establishment seemed quite nice. On the to-do list for an overnight.

I thought the Service by Johnny Nguyen and the price were excellent.

Came here for the NAM pageant. Staff was absolutely wonderful, they helped us get all of our things into the room and were very accomodating. Free wifi was a great bonus!

The worst experience i've had! I actually left the hotel after being there 2 hours. My wife and I brought our 2 young sons to swim in the pool only to find that apparently if you are not with a large group you are treated as a 2nd class guest. Apparently rules do not apply to large groups of children or their parents who have a problem with discipline. The hotel staff that I reached out too to resolve the issue started flirting with one of the other parties and had the nerve to come back and tell me I was the problem. I guess if you are unhappy with something and you ask the staff for assistance you must be the problem. Unbelieveable!!! Apparently the rules written on the walls in the pool and spa area are only cosmetic because they are definitely not enforced and once you ask the staff to do their job you are the problem. Again worst 2 hours of my life will tell anyone this hotel is at best on the level of class of a hotel 6.

Went here for a gala. The place was great, food and service was good. Our organization finds them very hospitable for a reasonable price.

This hotel is amazing! Me and my kids loved it. We stayed May 20 - 22 2016. The staff is amazing. The rooms are wonderful we were on the 17th floor no noise problems. The pool and hot tub are HUGE !! The resturant is nice and has good food! Only 12 mins away from Mall of America too! You will love it here!!

It was way too busy and not really impressed with the room or service. For the price paid per night, I expect more.

Nice place. Came for the hemp expo and i didnt stay in a room but the conference room was clean. I didnt see any rats on the loose or anything like that. CCW friendly

The Doubletree by Hilton in Bloomington, IL is awesome. Can t go wrong with warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. The staff were friendly, the room was modern, clean, and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I really liked having the fitness center available 24/7 after being on the road so long and checking in late, I appreciated being able to get a quick workout in. Though I didn t use it, the pool looked nice as well. Would happily stay here again!
