Beautiful hotel, nice large parking lot. We took the upgraded room for an extra $3/night. Nice room, clean and functional. King size bed that is really comfortable. We would stay again.

I never stayed in a Hilton group hotel. I expected top class room. And couple of really put me down. Like the microwave inside glass plate was not clean. The earlier occupant,s food particle is there, uncleaned. Secondly room 1114 not having exhaust fan makes you slightly suffocate and may not enjoy long shower time. Overall it was a pleasant stay

The staff is friendly and check in was easy. The hotel itself is nice and the room is nice. The carpet is disgusting. It was clearly not vacuumed. There were nail clippings and lots of crumbs and dust on the floor. The carpet was also super sticky.

Oldass hotel with barely-working wifi that kicked Dr. Fatbody out after he got assaulted. Room was absolutely terrible as well, smelled like death itself had just walked into it. Hope I never have to go to this hotel again, and I hope GDQ chooses a better hotel next time

The hotel was OK. Not the best and not the worst. Room service was good and the breakfast was quality! The room itself left a lot to be desired. It was a corner room where the window was pointed at the side of the building? And many of the outlets did not seem to work or seemed to retract into the wall when we tried to plug something in, which was unsettling.

Only negative was the parking. I've stayed here twice rooms are comfortable, staff was friendly, but parking is so far from any entrance. Last time I was there I 8to walk through the plowed snow to get to the door.

Hotel looked pretty dated and warn on the interior. The furniture in the room also had significant wear and is probably due for replacement. Outlets on or near the nightstands would be good for charging devices. Only light switch for the room turned on weak light by closest that still left much of the room dark. Lamps kind of sucked on the lighting front, too.

I booked the room for $119 and with all the extra fees it came to $170. Part of that is my fault for not seeing the extra fees. But then find out it didn't even include the continental breakfast. I called the hotel directly to book the room and also was my fault for assuming the breakfast was included. Bad on my part, but prob won't book with Double Tree in the future. Reservation clerk didn't explain any of this as to there being rooms without breakfast or with breakfast.

Loved staying here...everyone we met was Friendly and extra helpful, including the shuttle drivers, the bellstand and taxi driver, plus the reception desk, the phone service and the housecleaning staff. I will miss the friends I made, just in the hotel!! We will return to minneapolis and definitely stay at this Doubletree at the intersection of hiways 100 and 494. Love it!

This hotel recently renovated their rooms, and they are quite nice. The hotel is certainly better suited to smaller-scale events as some of the event rooms aren't meant to hold a large amount of people. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the bar on the lobby floor.

I stayed here for 12 days and enjoyed it very much. The staff was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant. The good at the crescent kitchen was also very good. I liked the gift shop being open 24 hours.

This hotel is close to suburban as well as urban areas of the Twin Cities, the Mall of America, and the surrounding cities. Large rooms, plenty of space for families and conventions. Reasonably priced and has great amenities.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR EVENT HERE!! The management staff does not follow through with their contract yet has no problem over charging you for multiple service and labor fees. I was not able to enjoy my wedding due to the lack of staff provided- which I paid top dollar for. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Beware... Large hotel with renovations taking place and rooms that need attention to detail and updating. We stayed in 851, a corner room on the 8th floor, and while the beds were made, trash was empty and towels were hung, there was a serious lack of attention to detail with regard to cleaning. Layers of dust and cobwebs in the corner along with a heater that made all kinds of noises throughout the night. Electrical outlets that are so old and worn that what ever you plug in literally falls out. They gave of 3 sets of towels when they knew we had 4 people and even though I called multiple times to express my concerns with the lack of towels and the stains on some, it took multiple calls, trips to the front desk and 2 days for them to get it right. The breakfast is nice as long as you inspect you plate and cup first for leftovers and depending who you talk to at the front desk you will either be greeted with a warm welcome or you may be made to feel as if you are bothering them. Initial checkin process was great and all down hill from there. A lot of potential at this hotel, if they could improve customer service and pay more attention to the cleaning. ***I did bring my concerns to the front desk at check out and again in a survey they sent after, but since I received no response I decided to post here with hopes that they take notice and care for the issues so future guests have a better experience.***

I left my jacket in the room hanging in the closet. When we arrived home (an hour away) I realized my jacket was still at the hotel. I called the hotel and over the phone they had me complete a lost and found form. I was told someone would call me later that day. Three days later and still no one had called. I just called in and was told nothing was left in the room. If I can't trust them to turn in a jacket (4xl so not exactly a jacket many people can wear) I would never trust them to have access to my room if I was staying longer than one night.

We were told the pool was closed because someone "had an accident". The next day we called to ask when the pool would be open... This time we are told it's construction. An hour later the pool was open.

Never again!

This hotel blew my expectations away!! The room was a GREAT price, so I wasn't expecting it to be as amazing as it was. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and shown where to go. The lobby was very inviting and clean. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! The pillows were also incredibly comfy!

AVOID!!! Thought I had gotten an amazing deal for a Hilton hotel, but it s terrible. Kept on hearing footsteps, beds are insanely uncomfortable. And the rooms look like an 80 s motel set very strange. If someone paid me too stay here, I would never. Please avoid this hotel. Rooms are insanely creepy and hotel is garbage all together. Paid $200/ night for this bug infested.

Window in the room was very drafty. The electrical was not enough to keep my hair straightener running. Light fixture was rusty. Had to search for my room when checking in was not given directions. Very inconvenient to get to the pool from plaza tower which was where our room was.

This is a beautiful hotel, with all the perks. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The only con was that the hot tub wasn't working, but that's pretty minor in the whole scheme of things.

I haven't stayed overnight so this is a review of conference facilities. Nice facilities and from a participant standpoint it feels prepared and organized. I'm a female and tend toward skirts rather than full suits, and the rooms can get cold enough I've put on a down coat before. If they could add labels to food over lunch I'd find that helpful in avoiding the things I don't eat rather than taking things and tossing them. Employees were attentive and even helped me refill my water bottle over lunch. Dwpending on the day youre there, parking can be tough to find. A few tweaks would make this even better.

Pretty disappointed with my stay here. Many people use hotels for different reasons. Some for birthday parties or weddings, some people traveling for work, or sometimes just because the weather traveling is bad.

Me, simply wanting to get out of town and enjoy the amenities this hotel had to offer (pool, hot tub, free WiFi, exercise room and cable TV) So after booking online and traveling 70 miles from Mankato for no other reason but to Stay in a hotel, I found myself at the "Doubletree".

For starters the guy at the front desk informed me the pool was unavailable due to someone having an "accident" in the pool. It was at that point it was brought to my attention that a refund was unavailable not only through the hotel but through the online booking site also.

With that being said, I continued on my stay. After checking out the extremely large hot tub overfilled past capacity with unattended children I decided to just relax and watch TV in my room...Literally every channel watched was consistently interrupted with weird glitches every minute as if the entire TV channel list was an illegally pirated film or something-don't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about.

After the glitching and poor quality television became too frustrating to even watch, it was on to Google to find a place close by to get some food and cocktails. After spending 20 minutes trying to get my phone and laptop to connect to the internet with no success, I decided to take the 1990's approach and just get in the car and find something.

It wasn't until I got back to the hotel last night anticipating some much needed hot tub Time, expecting the children to be in their rooms assuming there was some kind of late night policy for children. That I learned there was no enforcement at all. A closed pool caused by someone that had an accident, and a hot tub with 25 toddlers in it at 11 o clock at night? Is it a surprise that someone's kid took a dump in the pool? I realize it's not your job as a hotel to be the parenting police. But I thought it was like standard at all hotels to give adults late night pool time away from the kids, after 10 pm, Especially for those travelers without children wanting to use a poop free hottub with out water fights and kids screaming.

The carpets in the hallways and room were not clean by any stretch of the imagination. There was no complementary breakfast, and ordering eggs and toast to your room costs no less than $14. The bed being really comfortable is about the only thing that convinced me to leave two stars. Thanks for nothing Doubletree!

Clean centralized Hotel with restaurant and full pool has been redone on many floors to modernize. Hotel restaurant was a little overwhelmed based on the amount of employees to serve customers. Rooms were clean and organized worst part Two Moons hotels in Minneapolis-Saint Paul lack of WiFi due to other options from the city.

This hotel is old, looks like an apartment building halls dark room dark, bed bugs, the food was horrible the only hood thing about staying there was the free water and the freshly baked cookies. Staff was nice, but bed bugs, no wonder it s a 3 star hotel

Incredibly hostile and untrustworthy. For 20 years, the building has hosted my favorite convention. Since the double tree took over, there have been increasingly heavy handed attempts to squeeze extra money out of the attendants. This year they finally simply broke contract to try to force us to use their over priced bar, and brought in 6 times the normal police liaisons. It felt very hostile, like they were looking for an excuse to shut us down and kick us out. I am very happy my convention found another hotel to use next year and I will be telling people about how awful this experience was for years, so that they know not to book there.

14th floor. Furnishings were battered and the walls were dusty with various marks in the dust. The bathroom had long black hair randomly placed, and the shower floor was dark with dirt build up. Not very satisfied...

Great venue for another successful fundraising gala! The catered dinner was delicious, the space was open and welcoming, and the overall experience: excellent. Thanks for taking good care of us!

Very large facility that can accommodate a wide variety of venues. The combination of location, availability of space and level of customer service make it a great place for large group events.

I stayed here with my children for a weekend getaway and to see a comedian. Rooms were clean and plenty of amenities such as towels etc. Staff was very polite and all areas of the hotel were clean and pleasant. I would stay here again. My children enjoyed the pool and large hot tub. I did not swim, but the children told me the water was warm and fun.
