I hated this hotel. Felt like I was just sleeping in a large office building. Not at all cozy. They charge $10 to use the wi-fi internet and $13 for breakfast. My advice to others is stay at the Residence Inn Edina, just a mile down the road. Atleast the Residence Inn has free internet and free breakfast. Way more cozy!!

From the start right when you pull into the Valet it s amazing, the staff are perfect and help with everything. The food at the restaurant is great! But what sets it apart in the waitresses and waiters. I ordered food once it came out I knew it wasn t what I really wanted the young lady took it and and brought me a custom order! It was awesome.

If your at the hotel make sure to ask for Emily at the restaurant loved how she made sure I was happy with everything I ordered straight down to the Double berry cake for dessert.

Checking in they said no other rooms available, we got the last Kleenex and box was empty, garbage can dirty. downstairs receptionist we'll get some brought right up, no show. The room above us you could clearly hear walking around at 4 am. The television continued to shut off during the watch. When did Double tree hit bottom? Always thought up scale? Another Hilton disappointment. Comparable to Super 8 motel, wonder if there's one close by?

This hotel has a high history of management turnover, leading to inconsistent year-over-year experiences, but the frontline staff are wonderful folks, the layout is conducive to events, and the location is very convenient to a lot of things.

Wish I could give zero stars! Rude staff, mixed up rooms on the reservation, dirty bedding, lacking standard amenities such as a fridge. They allowed guests to book an event and run dj equipment in the balconies until after midnight without informing guests in the adjoining rooms this was happening and were very rude and surprised this upset our family when we had multiple rooms with young children trying to sleep. Dissapointed and suprised as I am a loyal Hilton guest and this did not meet the standard of hilton in my opinion.

The DoubleTree by Hilton was a solid place to visit as a room guest and a conference attendee and speaker. The food was good, having a faux- Starbucks in the lobby was convenient and the staff was friendly. Hats off to the shuttle drivers and bellman for giving excellent, warm service.

Be careful, if booking from a third party they cannot guarantee what kind of room you get. Got told this when I booked it for my wife for a girls night with a friend. I thought I got a room with 2 double beds, at least that s what was advertised. The room they got was a king bed with a pullout bed (see photo). This was supposed to be a relaxing night away from kids and it was not. There is clearly a tower for the internet deals and the other tower is for people who pay full price. The hotel was overbooked and they couldn t switch rooms. They called the room they got an upgrade simply because the room rate was originally more expensive than the one I booked. When housekeeping came to bring the linens for the pullout, they said they don t make the bed for guests and just handed the linens to my wife. Food was not very good and the hotel was very crowded. I will never stay there or recommend anyone stay there. Awful experience. Also, my wife left with back pin from that upgraded mattress.

Never stayed here, but have been for multiple work event conferences. The layout of the conference rooms is a little tricky (some rooms on the far side of the building, and the rest on the other side and up an escalator), but other than that the location is good and facilities are solid.

The location had several places for some quick food. The rooms are a little outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. But the indoor pool was great. The food was okay. The service was excellent though.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 15 times over the past 10 years and can say that when it was a Radisson it was better run. IF you get a room in the north tower then you don't have to wait as long for the elevator and the rooms are much larger than in the south tower. The restaurant used to offer much better buffet choices and it has gone downhill. Hopefully the Hilton organization will complete a real upgrade to this property. The one bright spot is the bellstaff. they have always been very helpful and accommodating.

I have been attending conventions at this hotel for years and the staff/location have always been a delight. However, I would never STAY at this hotel. The restaurant is overpriced for sub-par food and the HVAC leaves oh so much to be desired. The one night I have stayed in this hotel was like staying in a tropical rain forest. The AC was running, but the entire room was damp--moisture on mirror and windows, sweaty walls, damp carpet. I always thought the temperature was miserable during conventions because of the number of people, but this was not a convention time, and it wasn't even the wing with the pool.

Large hotel, I had a nice large comfortable room. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Big screen tv. Internet was slow and not the usual that I experienced in other Hilton properties. Huge parking lots but most blocked off and posted closed. Had to park so far from an accessible door, and with rain it was not professional. 60 yards to nearest cars make this as something amiss. Front desk gave poor direction to correct elevators. Honors Lounge has nice people but not open as times posted..

It's weird that you can't get towels from the front desk (room service has to deliver them), and having a mini fridge in the room would have been nice. However, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything else was good!

The room I received did not have basic appliances, ie. a mini-fridge or microwave. I do see some in the pictures people posted, so hey, I guess it's a toss up if you get appliances! Please note- many cheaper hotels do have these appliances, and it is ridiculous this hotel does not. I ended up eating at the restaurant in the hotel, and the food was just awful. When I arrived for check-in at 3pm, it was hours before my room was ready. If you want a bargain, go somewhere else. If you want to pay for a nice hotel stay, go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.

Had a couple business trainings at the hotel. Very large, and not so modern looking. Lots of beige. Staff was friendly and the conference rooms were clean and at a comfortable temperature.

Went here for a conference seminar and the room was very clean, had wait staff coming in to refill water for attendees. The rest of the hotel was also beautiful and located next to many restaurants for an easy lunch break.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had restaurants both in and within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was amazing. The agent who checked us in was extremely helpful and provided us with our complimentary cookie, which I absolutely love. Great hotel!

I left behind two very important stuffed animals when I checked out. I called immediately once I got home to make sure they put them aside for me and was told it would take 3 days to verify is they had them.

Room rates good and only 10 min from MOA. Pool is nice, but pool floor is dangerously slippery. Hotel restaurant is over priced; if lowered a bit more people would definitely eat there instead of eating at surrounding places.
