I would recommend this site 100%. Very amble and attentive staff

Great hotel, very friendly, always open the doors for you, aircon works great, rooms normal big size.

Pool is outside and in permanent shaded by the building but is still 40 degrees plus so definetly wouldn't want it in the sun.

Food is good standard and drinks.

Cleaners super friendly and overall a good clean hotel.

Perfect place to bee, housekeeping staffs best so far.

Poor coordination. We booked a 2 BR with breakfast included and upon check in, we were told that the breakfast was not included in the booking. We needed to present our email confirmation with full details as a proof then they checked and gave us finally. Pool was unavailable. Also, we felt unsafe during our one night stay last week. There was a stranger who was knocking and banging the door nonstop trying to come inside at around 3 AM and all of us were disturbed and not able to get back to sleep. Doesn t the security/reception check the visitors/guests coming in the hotel?! Will not choose this hotel ever again.

Our room had sink/kitchen area as well as a washing machine! Amazing! Location is nice as well since it is near the mall. Great service from concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Rooms were clean and although the bathroom was a bit small, it wasn t an issue for us.

The hotel's location is excellent for its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates.
The staff is good.
The swimming pool is good.
Needs more attention to hygiene.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Al Barsha is a good quality hotel located just at 5mins walk from the Mall of Emirates. They have hotel rooms, studios and hotel apartments. Good size rooms, nice decor, clean with friendly and professional staff. Definitely a good place to be in Dubai for a short or long stay.

Stayed in 1BHK Room # 518 with a 4 year old
Checked out before two days, as was not satisfied with housekeeping, cleanliness, Sanitization. Have to call the housekeeping everyday, despite calling them they did not clean properly and twice they did not bother to clean the room. No Hot Water. Bo Proper SOP to prevent Covid-19. Zero Customer Support

The worst part was the night when we checked out, we arrived at hotel at 11pm to have our dinner as of covid, avoid eating outside, when we reached the hotel the reception was full of more then 50 people (a tourist group have arrived without having the Covid Test Result), as soon as we entered our room it was not cleaned (bedsheets weren t change, no fresh towel, washroom was not cleaned, dishes weren t done) and when I went to Reception to complain the reply was SORRY SIR, LET ME DEAL WITH THE GUESTS FIRST THEN WILL GET BACK TO YOU Worst customer service ever.

This was not the first time they did not clean our room.

Food is amazing.. rooms r clean and comfortable.. 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed is great..

The service was very good, however, the hotel needs a renovation. It can be noticed that it was built ten years ago. There were not enough plugs, in fact, one in the entire room, far from the bed. The bathrooms were poorly designed also creating inconvenience.

Good location to the mall of the Emirates. Clean rooms, good breakfast options. This is a dry hotel

The hotel was nice. The room was small compared to similar rooms in other hotels of the same class. Staff were pleasant and courteous. They offer free valet parking for guests.

Stayed 15th May to 21st May 2018. comfortable, clean spacious room with balcony. Staff were very good, very warm welcome and the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Breakfast was very good, the pool and other facilities were very good. We were very close to the Mall of the Emirates and used the metro daily. They even got our room ready for when we arrived at 9am! Only let down was not being told about the massive building site outside our balcony. I know building work goes on in Dubai but we were not warned about this. It was going on during the night but we did not hear to much but when it really gets going..... Nice hotel, good value, good food, great service, good location.

The hotel is in a good location..staff are equally good. It has well equipped gym...and the restaurant foods are of good qualities with variety

Enjoyed my birthday (27/07/14) at Bistro restaurant which has a silent ambiance, started with a healthy and tasty cake prepared specially by one of the chefs, followed by an amazing continental style fish prepared by Chef Vikram, I would say he is the connoisseur of continental preparation, by far the best!!!!!

Hotel clean, price inadequate to the level it offers, poor location. They piss off guests with HH status. The hotel has chaos. Simple actions cause problems for the operator. Strange rules for using the internet. It's worth staying somewhere else for the money.

We had a lovely family time , rooms were clean and we'll come back next year

The location and facillities in kitchen room was very useful for family. There is washing machine, cook top, dishes, cups and microwave builted in. Free shuttle bus was helpful also. To reach Emirates mall and JMR public beach.

The staff at the hotel literally couldn't be any nicer. Every single staff person you encounter has a genuine and yet exceptional service. They make you feel like family. They get to know you and really care. I'm living in the hotel for 6 months and it feels like home away from home because the staff are so caring and attentive in every aspect. Definitely the place to stay if you are in Dubai and want a "personal touch" away from all the glitz and glam.

Very bad experience with the room, the room was bad and no one helped me change it. The ceiling fell down in the bathroom and made a dent in the bathtub, I had my daughter with me and fortunately she was not anywhere close or it would have been fatal. Avoid at all cost, really rethinking my Hilton honors and would switch.

I always feel like a princess here! Throughout all my stay I never have to touch any door - there's always someone to open it for me! When I go for breakfast, it's this Egyptian guy who is introducing me to all the exotic flavours the hotel offers so I learned and experimented a lot. Poullanate can fix any issue I might have (for example, the plugs) because he knows the smallest detail about every room. What I like the most is that ALL the staff, every single person, makes me feel as if I'm a guest in someone's home, not a hotel!!!

I am enjoying every bit of our stay here at Hilton double tree. Good food and very hospitable who are always ready to accommodate our requests. Good job keep it up

Just great the hotel, from breakfast to the room everything was perfect!

The hotel is location is walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates, like 15 minutes walk. Rooms are very unpredictable. I was told that I was given an upgrade but the room was terrible. The AC was pointed on my head in bed and the light from the corridor was right on my face as the room was a corner room. Had much better experience in this hotel than this last one.

It was back in 17))) our first meeting with Hilton in the diamond status and from that moment on we appreciated the loyalty system and continue to maintain friendship for the third year already
even though we didn t come on our own, but bought a trip through an agency, there was an upgrade and pleasant privileges, an excellent hotel, 5-10 minutes from the Emirates Mall, there was a subway, not on the beach, but the shuttle delivered us there perfectly .

Amazing experience. 4 star hotel with 5 star services. Their room service is great. Room capacity is good. Facilities are good too. And their buffet breakfast is the best. And the best part is it's 10 mins walking distance from The Mall of Emirates. You can also bring the trolleys from the mall to your hotel. Gym, pool, sauna, steam bath available.

Lovely clean neat smart hotel that always smells fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful Esp the efficient lady in housekeeping. Always ready with an extra towel if u need. Rooms are big and comfortable. Beds and bedding of good quality. Pool area very nice and good family hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 60 days back in April and May.....
Now im back in July, I prefer this place better then anything. The staff are Great, rooms are neat clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet has everything you can think of. Being a Diamond status (free bfast, room upgrade...ect) really makes my stay better and more value. Keep it up Double tree Hilton Albarsha Thanks for everything.....

We are really enjoying our stay here at DoubleTree Hilton hotel in Dubai and the service provided by them is excellent with polite and kind staff and the breakfast is loaded with lots of choices and very tasty that can spoil you for choices, me just lovinnn it here at DoubleTree!!!!

Quiet possibly the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. The wifi was not working a single day that I stayed there. Despite complaining everyday, nobody cared to fix it. On the last night, they offered to shift me to a different room. Concierge was usually unresponsive and would have to call them a few times before someone brought up water. Not a place I would recommend in Dubai.

The staff are very welcoming . Very well spoken receptionist and easy check in process . Amazing large and comfortable room (stayed at the two bedroom suite).the breakfast buffet had reasonableness food options and varieties . service were of a very high quality and extremely helpful and friendly I would to thank AMira and Housekeeping team . Over all great place for group and family travelers

Can recommend it to anyone going to Dubai. Located within a 5 minute walk of the metro.

Friendly staff at the reception and they are also very helpful. The breakfast array is very very good. We had loads to select from. The apartment rooms come fully furnished with kitchen utencil and washing up.There is a lady at the reception dedicated to helping tourist with places to go and things to do. We found this extremely useful during our stay. If you are lucky you get a room with lovely views.
