Double tree by Hilton, Al Barsha, Dubai Review

Facilities are good and it is close to the Emirates Mall. However, the underground car park is so small that parking is very difficult.

I prefer pay more money and get closer to the beach.

I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn a few minutes walk away from the Double Tree but I thought I'd try this hotel for a change of scenery. I was massively disappointed. Rooms are very dark and dated and feel grubby, the corridors are just dirty and have bags of rubbish stacked up in them everyday. Housekeeping didn't show up a few days and when they did turn up they always forgot to restock something (amenities, water, tea, clean cups) Definitely won't be staying here again.

Great hotel located near to Mall of the Emirates. My room a king suite was extremely large, clean and comfortable. I had the half board package. The meals breakfast and dinner were mixed and included hot and cold options. The hotel staff were amazing and checking in was quick and easily. Will definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay.It's just a perfect place for family holiday.Rooms are spacious,very clean and with high quality cleaning service.Room amenities are replenished well in time.Mall and metro are not far from the hotel.

The reservation was two rooms and four beds on the day I was given 3 beds and the delay in procedures at reception

Dosent deserve a 4 star rating at all. I understand why its outdated, but it's not clean, room smells like frying and cooking, staff are very slow

Good location (close to Emirates mall), but not recommended hotel.

Customer service was excellent and very professional. The room was great effort for the shower water would leak out onto the bathroom floor and underneath the glass to the toilet side floor.

Stylish Doubletree hotel, interior design better than the photos on the Hilton website suggest. Spacious rooms (at least the premium ones), great and very personal service, friendly staff. Lavish breakfast buffet with an all out combination of European and Asian choices. Some of the details in facilities, elevators etc a bit outdated, though. The area where the hotel is located is a bit off the main track...

Such nice service and the people working here are diverse but very nice i really enjoyed my time here and i would recommend anyone to go here this is a very nice place. And the rooms are amazing and clean and smell good! This place is great to go.

We have stayed for 5 days. I will never suggest to stay in this hotel. The reasons follows. Rooms are not so clean and very bad smelling. Within 5 days they never changed my bed. Personel are not good enought, especially those who came from Ukrane, Russia. Sometimes even aggresive. Wi-fi internet in rooms are chargable and not included in the price. And again I will never forget that horrible smell in the rooms. You shoul do something with that.

Nice hotel I get studio apartment . The tiny bad thing is Some room furniture need replacing .

It was our first time stay and our room was prefect and very clean.We felt like we are staying in a five star hotel.Mall is not far from the hotel, its just walking distance.We really enjoyed staying here.We will stay again.

The hotel was simply fantastic. The people were always smiling and the rooms were extremely comfortable. My expectations weren't so high before getting there but immediately I got in, I got blown away by the high standards.

Well located for Mall of the Emirates with high quality rooms and professional, friendly staff. Good food on Bistro 55 too.

A beautiful and tidy hotel, the staff is once a boutique, and the most important feature is its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates

This place is newer than most hotels and has very good service. Warm chocolate chip walnut cookies everyday for the kids and free breakfast if you have bought the room upgrade package which is quite reasonable.
The breakfast buffet is amazing. They have multiple choices including fresh fruits, omelettes made to order, different fresh juices every day. Also there is a Starbucks on premises.
There is an area in the lobby which has fresh kava or Turkish black coffee and fresh dates which are also complimentary.
I would recommend this place for sure. At $71 USD this hotel is a bargain.

What a great stay and one of my best Hilton experiences to date! Upon arrival we were greeted and our bags carried inside, when checking in we were upgraded to a fantastic studio room and our bags were carried up to our room as well! 5* stay thank you!

Nice hotel well located at the back of the Mall of the Emirates which is within walking distance in 10 minutes maximum. Numerous taxis in front that allow you to get where you want at very attractive prices. Lovely staff, extensive choice of dishes at breakfast.

Terrible experience, in particular manager Michel. Location good but a major building side between building and the mall.

My friend was staying there during her vacation...Breakfast was good, for dinner there was either buffet either set menu, we liked the food:).They provide free parking. There is construction in front of hotel, so we could hear the noise. Hotels staff didn't do any arrangments for my friends Birthday, untill we met Housekeeping supervisor( lady) who asked about our staying, so she organised Birthday cake, decorate our room with baloons, my friend was happy! Rooms can be cleaned better. During check out my friend didn't get her change untill we asked for it....
