Not the best Hilton and not very good value. Dark unwelcoming apartment, no sofa bed, washing machine didnt work and the pool area was cold and tiny.

Good location near mall of Emirates, large size apartment rooms, very helpful and courteous staff. Not so great views.

Nice clean hotel with large rooms. The downside was a 27% service charge and tax added to your bill. Also, no free breakfast included like other hotels in the area. We check out early and booked into another location that was less money and included a buffet breakfast for free. We will not return the next time we visit due to the high service fee.

I stay 2 nights at the hotel with my husband for the Dubai watch week event.

Loved how the greet you with cookies ooh how tasty they are.

Breakfast needs more variety was good but needs more.

The staff were very helpful but the concierge doesn t have a lot of information he needs improvement I asked him about IMG world he doesn t know what was it !

The rooms were very big with amazing view.
Bathrooms were clean.
Rooms by the room service were clean everyday.

They also have a shuttle that takes you to Dubai mall.
Outside of the hotel there is a supermarket.
In the hotel they service Starbucks.

Will definitely come back again !!

Good rooms, great service. Note that the hotel doesn't have a bar.

Pros- Good location. Good food. Kitchen and wash facility in the room Cons- bathroom tiles are from ice age (may not be the case in other rooms). No power sockets near bed. Even on the desk, I had to remove the TV plug to charge my devices. Small room when compared to other similar hotels.

I also did not have a chance to live in this hotel, and I hope to visit Dubai soon and try this hotel and add the correct rating.

Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Service is a bit slow though, house keeping were only here at 330pm to have the room cleaned, amenities were not complete and we waited for quite a while to get filled. The floor we checked in is like a labor camp with many guests have their room doors open and rubbish and plastic bottles were all outside their door... What's happened to Hilton?? Receptionist was helpful to check but that's not what I expect from Hilton...huge disappointment. The cookies is a plus though

Excellent, but it is clear that the old furniture we add, but the old design is excellent and tidy

Fine cuisine from Basque Country, with the most fresh and carefully selected ingredients, and great attention to detail. Loved that they went out of their way to set a special table for us. And they made my dishes with low sodium / no salt added which tells me that they truly made it from scratch. Ate calamari and octopus (special of the day) and chicken as the main course. Had their gateaux basque, and they even added some sour cherries for me... special treat and impeccable service.

This hotel has the most honest and dedicated staff I have ever met
My wife forgot her jewelry but when we called ( at 3am ) the double tree staff where very professional and within minutes confirmed that they found the jewelry and sent us photos

A very bad hotel that lacks hygiene, and I have never liked staying in quilts and pillows. Blades, I mean, if they have asthma or allergic reactions like my condition, they will get tired once and do not provide an alternative, so there is a lot of insects and cockroaches .. And the entrance to the hotel smells of Indian food ... The only advantage is that it is along the Emirates Mall and everything around ..

The breakfast buffet was marvelous, checked in to 1 bed apartment, has all the necessary appliances. Also its near to Mall of Emirates.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks in a studio room.Amazing service.The staff are so polite and are always reachable.we were celebrating my daughters second bday in dubai and we got a surprise cake from the hotel too.

The only good breakfast. They have no idea about the reservations, we were 3 and they gave us a one person piece. All a drama for them to understand. Very bad attention and not warn you that Wi-Fi is payment, then after you take it out of the deposit you leave and they do not warn you. Nobody speaks Spanish

Nothing wrong with the hotel in particular besides the shabby pool and facilities. But the worst thing here is definitely the night management. The so called "manager" at night was extremely rude an uncooperative. Really puts shame to the name of Hilton and I suggest they do a full revamp of the management as there is plenty of competition and I will never come back to this hotel.

Good location, just opposite of Emirates mall, 20 mins to airport, 15-20 mins to marina. Rates are fair and reasonable. Breakfast is good. Should be cleaner and needs strict renovation.

Feels more like a mass market tourist hotel. Queueing for breakfast is a mess. Twin room came with two single size beds in a room spilling over with big shelves, cupboards and drawers that take up too much space. Writing desk is small and pushed to a corner due to the lack of space. Not a nice experience staying here compared to Double Tree in KL or Beijing.

Good hotel where you can get carried away by the senses. The kindness and helpfulness of the employees, exquisite.

Bad service for lunch. No attention to serve although only two tables.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family and it is designed in a weird way! The king bed room is not connected to the bathroom while the double beds room has its own bathroom! I don t know who is the designer but I guess they choose the wrong profession! In addition, rooms can t be locked from inside, so no keys and no bathroom and you do the math!
Moreover, the parkade is too narrow for big cars, so drive very carefully and slowly so you won t hit the wall at corner.

In addition, you have to call multiple times to get things done!

My first breakfast experience was not good too! We were seated in a table and went to grab food and when we returned it was occupied by someone else! To be fair, breakfast had variety of options.

Will I book here again? Definitely NO!

Apartments are not recommended, however, standard rooms are ok! So better to get connected rooms rather than apartment!

Location is few minutes walk to Mall of Emirates and other stores in the area.

Unique experience in a unique place (plus they have nice staff and good food).

The hotel is OK, the staff mostly friendly and helpful, the breakfast room is a bit small, but the buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Beware of the limousine service in front of the hotel; you will be lied to and ripped off. When I complained to the front desk, I was first brushed off by the lady and had to ask the manager, who solved the problem to my satisfaction.

Room had a damp smell and even though we booked for 2 people we only had one towel.

The positives: a distinguished and elegant hotel .. helpful staff .. clean .. valet parking .. fast room service .. provides transportation to the Mall of the Emirates .. serves delicious cookies upon arrival .. A street separates it from the Mall of the Emirates until writing this expression by walking 5 minutes Very good breakfast :)
The negatives: far from the city center and events except for the Mall of the Emirates and Sky Dubai .. The room in the apartment is not closed with a key, so if you have children, you will not enjoy in peace and privacy ..

Serene,quiet,VERY clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming I will definitely come back again and again
