Good hotel for a short stay.
The room has everything you need.
Hairdryer, ironing board, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator.
The cleaning was daily.
Breakfast did not like.
In the pool on the hotel was not.
What seemed uncomfortable to me (but this has nothing to do with the hotel) is far from the metro.
One kilometer. Even across the Emirates, the mole is far away.
As usual in Dubai, there is always a taxi nearby if you are willing to splurge on it.
I did not find a number of small grocery stores.
And, of course, around the construction site.
If you want to take a walk in the evening, then you need to choose another area.

Location is in Barsha. Good they had valet parking . I was upgraded to a suite room which was good but there was someone inside the room when I entered!

Strategically located. Buffet dinner in some night's value for money. Breakfast was sumptuous and many choices to choose. Comfortable room.

A bad experience was booked on the website and their word and they informed me that my requests are available. When you come, change the words and say the letter if the amount is deducted. Please go ahead and look for someone else. The requests are 4 beds, but I found only 3, the number of bathrooms is 3, but I found them only 2 and the excuse tells me you did not specify whether you are a smoker or not because your request is for a smoker only. Personally, the audit of marginal matters was evasive, necessitating the cancellation of the reservation. Those who book carefully choose Al Barsha, where hotels are better than them. Try it, God willing, it will not be repeated. The cleanliness of the reception failed, a checkpoint on which I 7 continued and was ready Imagine I sat for 10 to be prepared.

Decent and spacious of 1 bedroom suite, value for money, 5-10 mins to supermarket and mall of emirates.

Good personnel, good food, not so good the appliances and the finishes in the room.

Did get a non-smoking room which forced me to pick a smoking room.

Then you have the parking area which is very small and hardly fit a luxury car.

Other than these two depressing things. The hotel is good. Nice room and fantastic location and great price

Car parking is very narrow and suitable for small and economical cars, as for luxury and large cars, they are very narrow

Very good overall experience, we stayed in an apartment, which was well fitted and furnished. Took some time to get onto the "Free" Hotel WiFi, which was actually accidentally ended up paying for, with no warning! But the staff helped us sort this and not get charged.

It's a pretty decent place but not great. Location and service could have been better

During my short stay at Dubai last month I had a memorable stay at double tree by Hilton al Barsha,the lobby was mind blowing with clean beautiful rooms also very close to the mall of Emirates,will be visiting next time.

It is not the newest type but the bedroom is good. The room temperature is 24 degrees. Slippers, toothbrushes, etc. are not convenient to fill out unless you talk separately. If you want to use it as a refrigerator, you can request it at the reception desk and use it after taking out all the products from the mini bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet can be ordered from 9 toppings of omelet, and you can eat. The 3G or LTE data roaming is about the same, and Wi-Fi is in demand. It is not inconvenient to check the Wi-Fi AP and Access code at the reception desk.

Yeah I guess it's good but in my opinion Novotel Suite is better

The team were very friendly special thanks to Miss Nadia at reception she was very professional in dealing with guest.

The hotel is clean for the price, the location is convenient providing all major services

Nice hotel close to Mawalat Al Emarat 10 mins walk Starbucks hotel on the first floor

The team there is very nice, polite, helpfully and know how to make your day. I really enjoyed my visit in there

Room wasn't ready at 3pm check in, I had 5o wait 30 minutes for it to be ready, furniture is every old, and breakfast area is very small for the hotel size

Service was subpar.. When you asked questions, they answer reluctantly without any sense of customer service

The worst experience, I booked for 2 days and I'm thinking to leave from the first day, the reception staff was very rude, and they didn't respect me, also when I was sleeping the house keeping enter to my room, actually I'm not sure if it was the house keeping or someone else, but this is the last time...

The hotel is very late and lacks experience first. Members of the Hilton have a special deal and a special hospitality. Second bus arrives only in the day to the mall, a two minute walk, and there is no delivery after the fifth hour imposed every hour or two. Delivery to 12 o'clock at night especially the journey is very short. Or contract with a center next to the hotel to serve the customers of the hotel but there is a coffee shop 24 hours

Very outdated. Facilities most of the time not available. Management very unwilling to any request.

Expensive Hotel with tired rooms and worn out appliances/stained furniture. Gym allows only three people and is always booked. Pool gets little to no sunlight during the day. Much better hotels in Dubai for the same or less price.

Stayed in on the Dubai part of our honeymoon. It was faultless to be honest. It is a quick 2 minute walk to the Mall Of The Emirates and they will always get you a taxi when you want one. Taxi is cheap.

Very good hotel, exceeded my expectation. Very good accommodation with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, large and comfortable bed.
The hotel also offers transfers to the MOE, beach and metro station.
I found the property well maintained and the staff very attentive.
VERY GOOD breakfast, although not included in the daily rate.

The place is very cool and the location is also close to Emarat Mall but the Dubai Mall is about a quarter of an hour or so and the buffet is not shared and we did not pay until I can assess the overall location is very comfortable

Best hotel for the stay. Rooms were neat and maintained well. Breakfast had lot of varieties. Indian restaurant inside the hotel was an add on. Service provided was awesome. Why 4 star then ? I faced wifi issues for 2 days (but that's a rare case). Swimming pool could have been in a larger size and some more complimentary stuffs can be given..

I have never seen anything like this. Poor management, lack of information, not helpful. I booked a kingsize room and was given a twin room. I initially accepted it but the room had no shower gel, no bath robes. I asked them to change it and they did. I also asked whether they have shower gel because there was none in my first room. Reception said they don't have shower gel in the hotel which was strange considering it's a 4* hotel. However, moved to my other kingsize room, the shower gel was available indeed. As I moved to the other room, I noticed I had forgotten the tweezers in my first room. I contacted the reception who said they will speak with housekeeping and call me back. This never happened and I didnt insist because it was just tweezers.

Breakfast at weekend was a nightmare, queuing for 15-20 minutes as they said they were very busy with lots of customers. Well, I think that's the whole idea of a hotel, to be busy with customers. No hotel should have more customers than its capacity. There were clearly tables available but not enough staff to clean them. Also, they would always prioritise the big groups and families while single or couple guests would have to continue to wait for a table to become available.

On my departure, I notived that some items were forgotten in my room. I emailed the hotel but never received any reply. My friend phoned them and they said they would check with housekeeping and then call him back. This never happened. I phoned myself several times and they kept saying that they need to investigate and get back to me which never happened. Overall a very poor experience from an expensive hotel.

It's a dry hotel. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast bar is good and unlimited. Bit out of the way but cabs wait outside.

Great hotel with good service but give the breakfast a wide berth. It's extremely poor with limited options for an international hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the residences a little less. Close to the light 'meter, it enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view with a rooftop pool
