Good Hotel apartments, has all the amenities of a furnished apartment and the staff are very helpful and good.

Very modest place you will get exactly what you did pay for

Rooms are a bit congested. They did not provide an extra bed. They did not have a travel adapter for chargers that did not fit in the sockets. Otherwise, its a pretty decent place

This is the worst hotel in Dubai. The employee named Michel had a very poor service attitude and was rude. I booked the room in advance, but he refused me when I checked in at 1am, and tell me to go to sleep on the road. I wanted to make a complaint and asked him to provide a complaint channel. He told me that all complaints would go to him. Remind everyone not to book this hotel. Terrible hotel, terrible Michel!

Very cozy hotel, staff are really nice and professionals, food is fine specially the usual Hilton breakfast, the location is ideal for its very near to the Mall of Emirates and metro station

The room was not clean, and there was a horrible smell. The bathrooms were disgusting. Close to the mall but far from everything else.

A very nice hotel, breakfast very varied, very comfortable rooms. Excellent deal at the reception and breakfast. In the restaurant menu very varied and delicious.

The hotel is very good ...... the price is right and the room size is excellent .... it has a swimming pool and sauna room .... massage service is not available .... the building is a bit old but still good

Terrible service at management level (as well as Yeva at front desk who terminated a call on my wife who called for help with the internet connection and then laughed in our face when we came to speak to her about it).

Food is well below expected standards (the hotel is NOT cheap). The breakfast buffet is repeated every single day (rubbish if you are there for more than two days). The lunch and dinner are not buffets and they also never change.

We checked into a 2 bedroom apartment which had dirt in the bath tub from previous guests. What made it worse is that the dirt was removable, as proven after we had to beg for someone to come and clean the room.

There is no guest relation manager, which makes dealing with any issues you may have extremely challenging and frustrating when you are on holiday.

The front desk manager was reluctant to remedy our many issues (too many to list here) by simply offering us a menu which is reserved for paying restaurant guests as opposed to those staying at the hotel. Once he eventually did we quickly realised that even that menu wasn't at the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Despite our terrible experience at this hotel, there are few people who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as they could in the difficult environment set by the management.

The room are clean,big equipped with all the 5star amenities and 10 mins walk-in distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall

This hotel sucks .. I used vallet parking of this hotel. And they damaged my car .. They said it is not their fault and refuse to compensate it .. When I left the valet parking, I scratched the car and said that it was not wrong .. One of the elevators has a strong smell

Beautiful rooms. Really nice breakfast. Great Indian restaurant attached too. Nice pool area. Lovely public areas. Staff really helpful and excellent service. Danish (not sure of spelling)on reception went above and beyond in helping us. Right next to the mall of the emerates. Easy transit via metro to airport as metro is in the mall 5 minutes from the hotel. Not very pretty surroundings but for a few days, you can live without a view!!

Really surprised that this is a Hilton. The place looks like a run down two star hotel in terms of the dead F&B outlets and poor remodelling

Room quality is excellent food also very tasty specially the housekeeping team made my stay memorable. They are well trained and ready for random helpful act. I want to mention Shameel and Sujil They where very with us during check-in and asked me about my room and what I need. I found Narayanan sincere and helpful. Restaurant food was awesome all the staffs were very professional.

Great place to stay nearby Mall of the Emirates; the room are very comfortable and clean staff is very friendly. Be aware that this is a dry hotel though...

Rooms are slightly old and dated inside. Particularly the apartments. Hilton need to modernise this hotel. By far the most friendly staff I have come across in any Hilton hotel. They were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Location is also really good right infront of the Emirates Mall. Shame about the building work however

Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Hilton is one of the well-known upscale companies in the United Arab Emirates. It is bad when the hotel is rated 4 stars, but it does not deserve that

My 2nd day started. I love this hotel. Everything. Starting from people who works here, location, it's classy and looks very modern. Rooms are amazing. Clean. Very well equipped. Gym is still closed but according to photos its amazing as well. See you in the gym guys. Your personal trainer, Srdjan

5 star hotel with a view of the Mall of Emirates. 7mins walk to the Mall of Emirates. Lovely hotel staff.

Good normal Dubai hotel. You can expect modern rooms which are quite recent as of 2019. The staff is helpful and you will get any service requested.

A nice hotel in the Barsha area. As a Hilton Gold Member I got a nice upgrade to a King Bedroom Suite. Its a pretty nice room, includes all you need, much space and looks modern. But its a bit dated. The Staff is very friendly and the food from the Inroom Dining ist aswell fine. Right now, breakfast is served into the room. It was pretty nice aswell.
Sadly theres 2 construction sites next to the hotel so it can get pretty noisy even in the night. For me it was not a problem but who knows.
For the pretty good price I paid, theres nothing to say against this hotel.
The Windows could be cleaned soon. :D

Nice hotel and quiet.

Getting to it some times hard because of the traffic jam

Short staffed , long que in restaurant for morning breakfast , poor management , smelly rooms and poor House keeping and service . It is everything but HILTON . Way over priced for service being offered

Well acceptable, good attention, a little far from the center

Hotel located on 35min driving distance from DXB.
We chose for this hotel at first because of the pretty good reviews. The most important matter was that the shopping centre Mall of the Emirates was on a walking distance. We were able to buy all kinds of groceries at the Carrefour hypermarket. And off course for the food court.
Nevertheless, all staffmembers were awesome to me and my family. Their hospitality made us feel like being home away from home.
The front desk manager Tamer, will give you service the way it should be.
You'll get a nice refreshingly juice when checking in. Once you get your room's key card you'll get the famous warm Hilton cookies along.
To make a long story short:
Spacious room (515), neat bathroom, big wardrobe, great storage for luggage, very nice bed. Housekeeping rocks
Breakfast was great too.

Hotel, amenities and location were great but the receptionist at night was very rude!

I give 1 star because there s no option of zero star !! A really terrible experience, a very very very rude room service and an extremely uncomfortable place.
I came here after Fex ad. & I don t advise anyone to try it.
Guess I ll unfollow Fex as well.

I request guestam amenities but I waited more than one hour to get, although I went to the reception and asked the receptionist (British girl) she said I'll send them now but no thing happened.

Its a place one can enjoy the stay.....Sauna and steam available, gym,swimming and Jacuzzi.

Stayed there during eid holidays.The price was quite reasonable so as the service.
