Checked out before two days, as was not satisfied with housekeeping, cleanliness, Sanitization. Have to call the housekeeping everyday, despite calling them they did not clean properly and twice they did not bother to clean the room. No Hot Water. Bo Proper SOP to prevent Covid-19. Zero Customer Support

The worst part was the night when we checked out, we arrived at hotel at 11pm to have our dinner as of covid, avoid eating outside, when we reached the hotel the reception was full of more then 50 people (a tourist group have arrived without having the Covid Test Result), as soon as we entered our room it was not cleaned (bedsheets weren t change, no fresh towel, washroom was not cleaned, dishes weren t done) and when I went to Reception to complain the reply was SORRY SIR, LET ME DEAL WITH THE GUESTS FIRST THEN WILL GET BACK TO YOU Worst customer service ever.

This was not the first time they did not clean our room.
