Very nice professional folks. The tech for my MRI was excellent.

The office and admin staff were lovely, but the waiting time was ridiculous. I was there 1 1/2 hrs for a routine mammogram. The worst was the technician. She was technically efficient, everything by the book, but handled me brutally with little sensitivity and seemed clueless about ordinary human relations. She didn t even know my name, very mechanical and mean though quite young. I really don t want to go back again.

The most courteous staff, the best technology, the best bedside manners, flawless experience I cannot say enough good things about your services. I'm just very lucky to have you as part of my doctors.

I had an absolutely awful experience here for an HSG test and would not recommend it to any woman. Yes, the procedure is often uncomfortable, if not painful, for women in the first place but the worst part of my visit had not much to do with that.
The waiting room was depressing (although the front desk personnel was very nice), the nurse was rude and had a sloppy appearance wearing street clothes over her scrubs, the changing room was filthy and had a dirty laundry bag in the corner. When asked questions about certain details of the procedure the nurse also turned out to be incompetent. The doctor doing the procedure has no business working on women since the most painful part was the one that's not supposed to hurt at all as its done at your normal annual appointment. Using an incorrect size instrument caused me a lot of unnecessary pain and I left feeling violated. I will never return to this location and this was by far the absolute worst experience I've had at any medical facility.

While the staff was very pleasant and helpful, I had to wait nearly two hours for a five minute mammogram. My appointment was at 2:30pm. I wasn t taken until 4:15pm. And it s not the first time this has happened. Last year my appointment was at 8 am and I finally left by 10am. Not acceptable!!!

Overall a bit of a mixed experience. I arrived for my appointment on time. The front desk coordinator who greeted me was both friendly and efficient. He informed me they were running about 30 minutes behind.

Unfortunately, it was almost an hour until I was escorted back. The wait wasn t the problem it just would have been nice to get a more realistic timeline (or to inform me they were going to be further behind). The technician was pleasant and insured I was comfortable throughout the exam.

I don t know why they bother to give you an appointment. They ask you to come early so you could fill the paperwork, but then they keep you waiting as if your time is of no value. You are make to feel like you are not even a person, but just a cog in the wheel of a big machine. It is incredibly disrespectful to be kept waiting one hour past the time of the appointment.

All the staff was lovely but they should be more transparent about wait times.

The best MRI I take in my life the machine is big they be sure the you ok when the do the MRI and the place is 100% clean .if you have problems to understand the paper the help you out .we don t have too many place like that in this NYC like that.

Good experience but it always takes at least an hour before you have the exam

The office staff were quick and efficient. There was practically no waiting time at all. The medical technicians were also quick and efficient. I was in and out of the office within an hour.

Everyone was courteous and they made me feel very comfortable during the MRI.

The place is superb. Great staffs ! Couldn t be more satisfied.

Excellent care. The Physician and radiologist walked me through th entire process and informed me of things I was unaware of since last having a similar procedure. Really like this place, quick service with reasonable and kind people.

Although it was painful, it was thorough and efficient.

Then this is your place disorganized and helpless Didn t have my script even after doctor sent numerous times tried to charge for insurance when my deductible met only positive friendly staff which is great but doesn t mean a thing if they can t get the job done efficiently and competently Stay away! You have been warned

I had a really positive experience overall and Thereza and all the staff there were so kind. Thereza explained everything during the procedure, was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable.

Unnecessary delay and no results after sonogram. Usually have gotten some feedback right away to eliminate the stress.

The facility is fine, but when I made the appointment, they told me to go to the 9th floor. After I waited there for 30 minutes, I was told I was in the wrong place and had to start the process again on the lower level. The staff in the lower level was more efficient, but I wasted too much time.

The receptionist is polite and professional as well as the technician. Frim the time I checked in I was seen wirhin 15 minutes. For all the years I have been coming here for my mammogram, it has always been a good experience.

They were accommodating (penciled me in on the same day I received referral). Friendly and quick. Only issue was that the front desk clerk made a huge deal about me presently breastfeeding and how it s so dangerous for the kids because of radiation . However readers have clearly confirms this is not accurate and that imaging should continue annually and as deemed necessary by a physician without impacting the breastfeeding flow. No need to pump and dump! Wish doctors across the board were required to be trained in these areas.

Did not have to wait too long. Staff was courteous and professional. Tech was knowledgeable and understanding and did what she could to ease any discomfort. Place was clean and there was adequate seating in the waiting area.

When I first called the center the person on the phone was not too forthcoming with information so I was a little afraid coming here knowing that I am extremely claustrophobic. However; once they realized how fearful I was, they made every attempt to make me comfortable including putting me in a quiet space so that the sedatives that I took have a chance to work. Even though my situation might have stretch their patience, they hid it well and remained extremely professional. The way people should be, professional but kind.

I waited over two hours from my appointment time until my MRI screening began. Very frustrating. It seems I got lost off the sign in sheet and was never processed. The staff was apologetic for the mix up but that doesn t make up for two hours of my time lost.

I had to wait two (2) hours for an MRI. The staff was incredibly apologietic, and expressed frustration as they explained to me that these delays happen all the time! One of the staff told me they are about to quit because of the distinction of this location. Apparently he is always getting yelled at by angry and frustrated patients. Avoid this place at all cost.

Love this place, the environment is nice and relaxing while you wait. The waiting time is minimal in about an hour you are out, so convenient, specially if you are a busy person. The staff are courteous. I will recommend this place.

The experience at your facility is awful. This is the 3rd time i have been there. For starters, i was told upon arrival that the place was running over an hour behind schedule. The place is always too crowded and somerimes cant even get a seat. The place is dirty. The locker rooms to change had garbage laying around .There was a filthy pair of womens shoes laying in the room where i had my ultrasound. This is not sanitary. The room where i had my mammo had a bad smell and the walls were ripped up. The woman who performed my ultrasound was rude, squirted gel in my eye, and at the end of rhe exam threw some tissues at me and told me to clean myself. The woman who called me in to get changed was chewing food and had food all over her face and lips. The whole experience is a stark contrast to the place i had my exams done previously and even though i will have ro drive 2 hours each way to go back there, it is worth it compared to the awful experience i have repeatedly had at your facility. And lastly, i am a physician and have worked in a lot of inpt and outpt settings. You should he ashamed of yourselves.

The staff and technicians were very pofesional. However, I have an extremely hard time going into an enclosed MRI machine. I took volume prescribed by my physician and the technician was very patient with me until I was sedated enough to go into the machine. I managed to pull it off!

When I arrived, with proper scheduling paperwork, the receptionist COULD NOT find my name on the schedule list! Ten minutes to fifteen later they realized that someone put my last name as my first name. I was frustrated by the incompetency!

Very friendly, informed and patient staff. I had to reschedule for the next day due to an error in scheduling, so the receptionists did everything necessary to get things right.

Always have a good experience here, everyone is professional and friendly and the technicians are really great, they put you at ease and do the tests fast. Today was very busy and I was there almost 2 hrs, a lot on a full bladder!
Under these circumstances everyone is catching up on their appointments so I understand they always do their best.

Very friendly and efficient office. Having a mammogram is not the most pleasant thing to do. But the technician was very gentle and kind and I felt cared for. Am very appreciative of the excellent service today.

I've been going to West Side Radiology for mammography for almost 30 years. This office is much more efficiently run than past emanations--though I did love some of the now-retired technicians. My only current complaint: Protocol seems to be waiting 5 business days to find out a result which seems inordinately long, and for a routine yearly check up, needlessly anxiety-producing. After talking to a supervisor, I now insist on learning my result before I leave and don't mind waiting until the radiologist gets around to looking at my pictures. This option should be offered to everyone by the technicians. Some women won't care: I do.

Staff treat peoples nice and clean office and they call you fast.

Was served and sonogram was performed to check for possible blood clot which was not present thank goodness.

Quick appointment with barely any waiting. I'm happy. Hopefully I will be happy with results once sent to my doctor, and then have results.
