NYRP runs an excellent radiology imaging office. The staff are friendly, informative and quite patient. Coming here can be quite stressful for some. You are in good hands. Definitely recommend this practice than any other.

This place is very unorganized. I have been calling for a week to get a simple tubal recanalization procedure. The receptionist Diane is wonderful she was kind and professional. It's really upsetting to see that they perform this procedure on their website yet no one has any idea who or where it is performed. After calling for days I was finally given an answer that they are currently not performing this procedure. How does that make sense? So once upon a time ago Dr. Lee performed it and now he just changed his mind and stopped? No one knows. Its all really weird and unprofessional. They need to update their website.

After several phone calls making and confirming appointment for CT scan, I was told, when I arrived, that they couldn't see me because I didn't have insurance approval. I was never informed this was necessary and I had previous diagnostics tests at the same office without this issue. I paid out of pocket, just to get it done. Front desk people were of no help and condescending, as if I this was my fault. The tech people in the back are great. Too bad customer service is so awful.

Terrible front desk and management. Had a 1:30 pm appointment, arrived early to fill in the paperwork and didn't want to be delayed. Didn't get called in for paperwork until 1:45 and didn't get called in for the appointment until 2:45 pm and that's after multiple escalations, and talking to the manager and all where they bumped me up one spot. If you can't keep your appointment times, why bother giving one. How do you not know how much time each appointment takes! This is not an ER that they were filled with unknown / unexpected cases. They know exactly why we're there for and the appointments were made ahead of time. Just get your act together and/ or don't overbook. And be sensitive to other people's time. We all have jobs, somewhere to be etc.

I ve been going to NYRP for years. This was my first time at Columbus Circle location. It is very clean and bright. The wait time was very short and the technician was courteous,attentive and knowledgeable. Will come back.

Personnel I dealt with were highly profesional and courteous. Wait time for MRI was over an hour. MRI technologist was very courteous. I was put a n elevator and sent down for MRI. I was told someone would be waiting for me. No one was there waited over a half an hour before one of the young ladies who escorts patients down addressed me. Not good. She was supposed text have met me on my way down. Other than this, all else went well.

I had a horrible experience I waited in a gown for an hour meanwhile two groups came in after my group they all went in and went out even my group the people went in and went out mean while I'm still sitting there waiting then the machine breaks down I got there at 11:30 for 11:45 appointment I didn't leave the place till 1:35 145 is that acceptable I don't think so. For my next mammogram and sonogram I'll go someplace else

Spent two hours waiting to see the tech only to realize the attendant never gave me the special drink required before my CT. During my wait, three other patients came up to the desk to complain about additional problems they had with this location s negligence. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Compared to where I went previously ( and for many years) this is a MUCH better experience. After I checked in they kept me waiting for awhile, but once I brought it to their attention I was seen VERY quickly.

Unfortunately one of the most impersonal medical experiences I have ever had. Shuttled back from waiting room with another patient to a secondary waiting room with about 8-10 other patients in gowns. Where together we waited our turn. The technician was impersonal and mechanical and said nothing. She was rude when I asked her a question. I hope I never have to go back to this mill. Staff moderately cordial at front desk but you could tell they were forcing this pseudofriendliness.

Waste of time. They took my insurance info when I scheduled, and did nothing with the information - listed me as private pay. Turns out that I they pre-auth for the scan (which they could have gotten if they'd bothered). Also the staff appeared deeply unhappy and unprofessional before I'd even been able to get their attention. There are so many better options.

My appointment was on a Monday morning when this location is extraordinarily busy. The front desk staff were professional and patient. My exam was completed thoroughly and quickly. I was in and out of there in 35 minutes!

Since I've been diagnosed My Sinai embraced me and let me know that I have a family. This really mean a lot to someone who's scared. Mt Sinai held my during this long journey. Without this I'm sure my mind/body would be in a different state/place. I would like to thank you all for being so professional, accommodating, loving and sympathetic to your patients. It is with great pleasure that I'm writing this. The nurse and doctor on my procedure were very professional. They were very informative, warm and gentle.they answered all my questions and showed great concern for my well being. When I became very emotional the nurse knew how to calm me down and walk me through the procedure. I would like to thank them for making my day a successful one .

The staff is kind and professional but I had to wait over an hour and a half to begin my MRI! It was the longest wait I ve ever experienced at a Doctors Office and for that reason I will probably use a different group next time.

I found my mammogram technician to be quite cold. She never smiled or showed any empathy. I was already feeling a little anxious, and her lack of care and concern only heightened my anxiety.

I just had my abdominal CT scan without and with c...

I just had my abdominal CT scan without and with contrast done at LHR 5 Columbus Circle location and I highly recommend this place. This was my first ever CT scan and I was extremely nervous about it, especially since it involved both oral barium and IV iodine contrast. I never had an IV line put in to my veins either and since I am a chicken when it comes down to needles, I was very anxious with the process. However, staffs at LHR made me at ease by explaining every step and what I can expect. The lady who put in the IV line was excellent (think her name was Maria) and I did not feel any pain or discomfort once the line was in (only pain I felt was when the needle puncturing my skin as one can expect but even that was minimal and lasted less than a second). The radiologist (think his name was Mike) was also very professional and informative. I am allergic to yellow dye in certain food or drinks such as banana milk and they made sure that it would not be a problem with the IV contrast. He checked up on me during every scan (had to go thru the scanner 4 times) and also let me know when the IV contrast was going in so I can notify him immediately if I felt anything abnormal. Overall, the entire experience was as good as it could get. Hopefully I won t need any additional diagnostic imagings but I would come back to this place without any hesitation if I ever needed one again.

Both technicians were great! However I called yesterday to see if I had to drink water for the transvaginal/pelvic ultrasound and was told no. That turned out to be incorrect so I had to drink a lot of water and wait to do this text.

All people manning the phones need to know the prerequisites for taking tests. In this case the gentleman who answered the phone told me that would only be required for an abdominal ultrasound.

I just had my HSG exam today! It' was uncomfortable but nothing to cry over or be scared about. The technician was great! Plus the nurse, was so helpful through the process. It was actually cool to see the dye go into my tubes. I didn't take any pain killers and did not need them! I would highly recommend using them again, for everyone!

Love this place, have been going there for years. The staff are courteous, professional and caring. The waiting time is good. Very clean and the techs make you feel comfortable and make the experience more easy to endure. Wouldn t go anywhere else!! Thank you!!!!

I've been coming to WSR for well over a decade. Where ever I live, I travel the distance to come to Columbus Circle Imaging. I currently live in PA, moving to Ohio in 3 wks and next year I will once again come here. The name may have chgs but not the quality of service. I find the staff and everyone there to be very acomodating and warm. I am extremely happy with this facility.

Today 05-15-2018 was my first time visiting this facility and it was one of the most horrible experience I ve ever incounter.
1: very long wait
2: only one technician was available
3: management left leaving a total of 8 patients with one technician and a assistant.
4: patient were agitated to the point where some reschedule their appointments.
The only good thing I have to say about this place is the technician and assistant who was there were very nice and tried their best to accommodate the patients.
Overall horrible !!
