Very prompt, curteous and professional service at this location . I got there and by someone's mistake, I was scheduled at the wrong location. The Recrption was quick and thoughtful and fixed it immidiately, I was very greatful. I still got in my 8am appt and left on time. The Tech that did my Mammogram clearly knew what she was about and was quick and sensitive, I appreciated that immensely.
Friendly accommodating staff. Great technician who was gentle. Quick in and out. Fantastic service for what can be a difficult moment for some.
I gave it 3 stars because it took several hours and re-dials to initially get through. Didn't get a very good explanation why once I got through. In-office experience was more like 4 stars. The staff there is much less surly than it used to be. I was in/out in 45 minutes, so overall quite efficient and friendly.
Every one was so friendly and moved as quickly as possible to help every patient.
The tech and staff were all very nice, but I was given the wrong information on where to go and how to prepare for my ultrasound. The wait time was short, which was great.

Great service. Signed in was helped immediately. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Waiting time was no more then 10 minutes. Had a special MRI which went smoothly. At the end requested a copy of the disk which took no more then 5 minutes. Unfortunately had this done many times at many different places. This was my first time at this location and I'll sum it up by telling you I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!!

The new set up of the waiting rooms. Otherwise I d give more stars as the tech doing the DEXA was polite and seemed competent.
I walked in to ask for a renal sonogram after my PCP sent me here. I explained to the staff that I would be leaving the country in a few days and asked if they could help. They found a slot for me in about half an hour and got me taken care of right away. Everyone on the staff was really friendly and they all seemed happy to be working here (if I've ever walked into an office where the person running it is an ogre, that bad attitude trickles right down to the receptionist and I often get a sense of that right away). In short - these people were great, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend this facility to anyone else without hesitation.

I have been to other branches, and I urge you to skip this place. They over book and I have now waited for over an hour for a damn mammogram. I have never waited more than 15 minutes in other branches. As if the procedure wasn't unpleasant enough, this makes it even worse.

Waited almost two hours for an appointment because they had me down for the wrong time. Difficult to get through to staff via phone. Issues with billing and insurance.
I was very impressed I arrived at 10am, which was the time of my appointment. I was not waiting a long time, before they called my name. I highly recommend this facility!!!!
Needed a contrast done during MRI. Attendant couldn't find a vein and stuck the needle into a nerve. Arm hurt for over a week - didn't know why. Called the facility to tell them. They told me to call my doctor. SERIOUSLY!?! Way to not take any responsibility for actions. Arm is ok now, thank god. I asked for the manager to call me. Never happened. Followed up with my dr regarding MRI results - they faxed the results to some number I never gave them and dr never got the results. Had to go to facility to get a copy of records. Waited 45 minutes only to find out the CD Burner wasn't working. ACK! They finally fixed it and gave me my results. While waiting, several people came in with complaints. Hard to contact them for simple questions - usually on hold for average 20 minutes. Would never come here again.

Staff was courteous and professional but there was a 1 hour wait after I signed in before I was called to fill out paperwork. After another 15 mins things moved pretty quickly and smoothly. Clearly, they overschedule the morning appointments. A 1 hour wait for a 9:30am appointment is not a good use of my time. I schedule early morning appointments specifically to avoid long waits.
Best experience I've had at a radiology department. The staff was very courteous, patience, kind and helpful. My time was served very expeditiously
MRI technician was very rude and unprofessional. I clearly mentioned I was feeling dizzy before the scan, he rushed me in and out anyways. Afterwards I put my ear plugs on the table instead of the trash by mistake and me basically mocked me for it. I don't even feel confident in his reading of the images anymore, given his rushed attitude. Only good thing was availability and wait time. Still, I would choose another location if possible.
The wait for the bone density took a little longer than I expected since I was the only person in the room. Overall experience was good.
I had an MRI of the lower lumbar (spine). The people there are very helpful and sensitive to your needs. Anytime I have imaging done I go to the radiology center on Columbus circle.
Everyone with whom I dealt was pleasant, considerate, efficient, professional. The technician clearly explained what she was doing and why - such a big help. I had arrived early and was able to fill out the necessary paperwork before my appointed time, which probably helped, but even the paperwork had improved (more filled in so I could just review it, clear indications of what was important) in the year since I'd last had a mammogram.
Seamless experience. On time. All information there. Everyone knew exactly why you were there and had all previous records in their hands to compare to the new study. Radiologist gave official results immediately. Everyone is professional and caring. Such a relief and breath of fresh air, during an appointment which is generally full of anxiety. Thank you. First visited this office last September waited over 3 hours to be seen. Long wait time, technicians sitting around doing nothing. Went today for f/u mamma and sono that my specialist ordered, waited for an hour, one patient left very angry because she was waiting too long. Staff advising me that I only need a sonogram, then she lied about calling the doctor's office to verify the script. I left without completing what my doctor ordered. Never ever going to this place again back to my old Doshi location in Brooklyn.
Excellent care. Appointment right on time. Techs and admin staff efficient and very pleasant. My doctor was terrific -- warm and friendly and kept me informed constantly of what I was going to be experiencing next in the test. I was in and out in an hour.
Staff is nice and front desk has good attitude considering the number of clients processed. Two stars is for wait time. Plan for 2 hours for an x- ray or go somewhere else. Not enough technicians for number of clients. They turned away several x-ray clients due to long wait time and would not be done before closing.

Efficient and easy experience for my ultrasound. Filled in some forms, was called to the desk, filled in another form, brought to the back to change, waited 5 min, and then had the procedure.
Professional and caring technician. Spent a total of 45 minutes there for a 20 minute procedure. Wish all medical places were this organized!
The fact that they have a huge network of radiology centers was great, because I got a NEXT DAY appointment (I was willing to take any location). The only annoying this was that the call wait time was 8 minutes long to set up the appointment.

From the time I called a week before to have some question answered, through my Appt, and to when I went back a few hours later in search of a lost metrocard and the woman at the desk was kind enough to go search my locker for me, everybody was pleasant, polite, professional and efficient. I made plans with a friend for an hour after my appt, but was done within 1/2 hr, so ended up having to kill some time at a store, but that's a good problem to have.
It was a bit of a wait for it seems they scheduled multiple people for the same time. The man who performed my MRI had some issues finding a vein to administer the needle for injection. He was very aggressive, slapping my arm multiple times. However overall the place is clean, quiet, the open MRI was better than I expected . One woman i interacted with at reception was pleasant and also accommodating to other clients.
Everyone was professional, and very helpful! My tech worked diligently to make sure I was comfortable during the test. He was very patient and professional. Thank you all,

I was terrified going in to the office because I am claustrophobic. I was amazed at how easy the process was. Right from the receptionist, who was so kind to the technician who took such good care of me. I could not recommend this facility more. I want at 7:00pm if that makes any difference. No wait time either. They also have a huge open MRI which I was pleased with. Half way through the MRI, the technician took me out and moved me so that in the second half of spine MRI my head was actually out of the machine and could look around.
The place is clean and efficient, as one would hope any modern medical facility would be. What make this place stand out was the professionalism of the staff. The gentleman who performed the mri could not have been more kind & reassuring, sadly I don t remember his name. He put me at ease, was in constant contact with me & was truly kind when I became a bit emotional. This is a seriously 1st class operation.
Theresa at the front desk was fantastic. At check in she explained all the paperwork, details on billing, and the process. She really listened to me and my concerns about being comfortable and getting the right fit with my technician. Theresa walked me back and made sure all was good. Julia and Irena are fantastic technicians, both are very professional and courteous and capable.
My attendants at today's visit were so nice. Both Tallie (sp?) and Michael made me feel at ease, no pain or discomfort, during the cat scan. Thank you very much.

Not impressed. Had to go to 3 different floors, while carrying a few items in my hand. And when I finally got my test done, the technician nor the doctor prepped me for how uncomfortable it was going to be.
The waiting time was a little longer than I d like however I did t mind. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff very kind and pleasant. The technician who performed my test remembered me from a test I had done a few months ago. That s pretty impressive. Overall great experience
A bit of a wait, but everyone was pleasant and the technician was very nice, soothing and helpful.
I do not recommend this medical center. I had an appointment for 11:50 am, they asked me to come 10 min prior to my appointment. So I came at 11:40 am. I was waiting for 1 hour and had to leave, cos I had another appointment at 2:00 pm. I have no idea why they asked to come by 11:40 am and did not tell me that I had to wait for 2 hours. It's absolutely disrespectful.
NY Radiology is curtious, thorough and professional.
Front desk staff at the lower level office are rude and abrasive and talk over you when you ask a question. Pretty sure I was balance billed, but I'll have to wait until I get my explanation of benefits to see if they charged me more than the contracted rate. Be warned that you'll have to pay up front for whatever their "estimated patient responsibility is"-- but be sure to contact your plan if the amount on your explanation of benefits is lower than the amount you paid. Keep your receipts!
The MRI techs were all very friendly, competent, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable.

Even though I don t speak perfect English, receptionists are very patient and kind! Doctor who did CT was very polite and nice, it took only 5 min. My appointment done 30 min exactly.

Hi so I brought my daughter today to get an mri on her neck and her appointment was at 11. We came early to fill out the paper work and get ahead start, she ended up going in at 12. Most of the staff were sick and were coughing all over patients.
The machines broke so it made the wait long but once I got in, they were great!
Great service and nice staff, only issue was was when I went it for my appointment I got all checked in and ready to go. After an hour they realized procedure I needed wasn t available that day and I had to come back two days later.
