It was a delight to be seen within a half hour wait, if less. The staff was totally professional. The environment was inviting...clean, tidy, soft music, and bathroom clean with toilet paper.
The staff was knowledgeable in their field. All uniforms were clean and pressed.
As a former health professional details are important. The equipment is advanced technology.
I was totally impressed and enjoyed my time there. After a long week at work and having to get up early on the weekend for my appointment, l have no complaints.
In fact l was so pleased l completed my other errands in a happy go lucky mood.
That's what l call excellent customer service starting at the front desk.
