The front office staff was extremely professional. The nurse, I believe her name was Janette, (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) that assisted the doctor (who's name I totally forgot) was absolutely wonderful! Very caring and attentive. She explained everything to me before, during and after my biopsy.
I felt at ease and comfortable the entire
time I was there.

A longer wait than the last time othetwise I'd recommend one to use them.

I had a very bad experience on 9/17/19. I was alerted an hour before one of two appointments that the system was down and I had to get rescheduled for next week. I was en route when I got the phone call. I decided to keep my bone density appointment at another location and the woman who handed me forms looked at her computer and told me that I had to go to the location where I had gone for my base line test. The person I made the appointment with told me to go to this particular location as the site I had previously gone to no longer Performed this test. I had to call that location to prove to the woman behind the desk that that was true. Resolving this issue took Almost 30 minutes and resulted in missing my scheduled time and forcing me to wait over an hour before I could be seen for the test.

The left hand didn t know what the right hand was doing. It causes anxiety and stress.

Very friendly, clean and professional environment. Every staff member was kind and made it a good experience.

Impressively efficient and professional. They offered earplugs and headphones with choice of music, as well as a blanket. Made all the difference for what can be a very unpleasant experience as MRI s are so loud!

Yes, nice place and nice staff. However, my appointment was for 2:20pm with full bladder. I wasn't seen until about 3:30pm. It was painful. Something should be done about certain types of appointments.

I had a 9:15 am appointment and got their at 9:10 am.. Receptionist was not very pleasant but gave me a sheet to write my name on... That sheet sat there for 20 minutes before she gave it to another lady who checked me in... She then gave me paperwork to fill out which is now 25 minutes after I arrived... So at 9:45 am I was taken to a changing area which was unisex and had a sheet for one to change - so privacy at all with both men and women back there in the changing area.. I then sat another 15 -20 minutes before my test started. Finally got out of there at about 10:35 - 10:40... Will try to avoid this place in the future.

This place is not bad. Staff are friendly. Service is generally good. Their facility is close to the subway and is fairly clean. They should upgrade to an electronic registration/check-in system and offer that to their patients/customers. Having this feature would make them more efficient and make this review a 5-star. I also find myself writing the same information on their multiple forms over and over every time I visit, which can be annoying. They should also provide socks automatically. Communications is somewhat lacking at times. They should proactively inform their patients/customers if they are running very late (30+ minutes), rather than having them wonder why their names have not been called.

I normally get services from the Park Avenue office. But this follow-up checkup I decided to do it close to my home. All I can say is, Jessica and Natalie was awesome! Hopefully there is only one by that name. My name is Audrey Nichols in case there isn t.

The experience at this location 5 Columbus Circle was great from the stuff to doctor's can even describe. From other places I have been to for the procedure I was getting done... I so much highly recommend this location...

Great service! Staff was friendly! Short wait time.

It's usually the norm to wait hours in a facility even if you have an appointment but the wait time was non existent. I was in and out in under an hour and the staff was friendly. I definitely will go back to this location if I'm ever referred again.

Can't take the regular MRI machines like me? Come here for the Open MRI. Nice staff and the nurse who guided me on the machine was wonderful.

The facility was very clean, the reception desk was friendly enough, but I had to wait a half hour past my appointment time before I was called in for my MRI. The technician was very friendly and helpful once I got called in.

Waiting for over an hour for a chest x-ray! Of course you don't have an option to make an appointment so you're just stuck there in the waiting room wondering if the time you already wasted justifies waiting a few more min.

From start to ending, this place was super great. The receptionists were all nice and mind you- it was 720 am. Paperwork is easy to fill out and the wait time was minimal. Would totally recommend to anyone. Pretty clean, too.

Everyone was so helpful, polite, and courteous, but I had to wait two hours before being seen. I heard that one machine was down, but that was not verified. Two hours is a bit long....

Good experience throughout my stay there. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, and so were technicians. The procedure (MRI) went better than expected, and after it was done, I was even offered, and gladly accepted a photo of myself in a robe with the MRI machine using my phone! So nice!

The location of the the radiology place is very confusing. As I was told to go to the 9th floor and that was incorrect. After three locations I was then directed to the sub basement. The receptionist who greeted me there was nice however, seemed a bit disorganized as she took a while to give me the necessary paperwork to fill out. My appointment was for 2pm and I arrived 20 minutes early. However, I wasn t seen until after 2:30 for a scan that lasted 2 minutes. On a positive note, the doctor was very nice and did a great job and so did the technician. Some signage maybe neceaaary and better organization.

My nurse Yolanda was such a wonderful kind woman. She made the whole process so much easier.

I came in nervous as I always am. The front desk is so lovely welcoming and accommodating. There is a lady that greets you tells you her name and is such a joy. I m always on the verge it tears during my appointments. The techs are thorough and on point. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you.

0 stars. Scheduler did not relay the most important item of information that a patient cannot eat/drink for 6 hours prior to the appointment. Instead I was left waiting for 30 minutes and lectured by staff on why I did not listen to instructions that I never received. If you have options do NOT use this office.

Excellent service from the time of arrival. I forgot to book for another test ordered by my doctor; that test was added and I had a short wait for that one. The technicians all were patient and helpful. Their services are getting better and better.

I ve felt more comfortable on other occasions however the 3D exercise was new.

Love the attention of the staff. They help you to feel better regardless of whatever reason you are there. However, I understand the need for the rooms to be cold, but it is highly inconfortable when you go from room to room in a thin short sleeve hospital gown. In the case of the mammogram or sonogram rooms you are naked from the waist down during the procedures.

The staff is generally friendly, but the wait is endless. And, when you ask about timing you are never given the actual wait time which makes managing your own life very difficult.

All of the staff was courteous, professional to me and diligent to their job.

Staff was very nice & Micheal the technician that administered my cat scan was awesome. I had to have an iv put into my vein for the procedure & I have difficult veins tht has made it hard for medical professional to get the iv to take or take bloodwork from me, but Micheal got my iv in the first try & he was very gentle & made it so quick and easy for me. I called the staff to book the ct scan & I was able to have my scan the next day. They also give you a piece of paper with instructions on how to log in & view your report/results.
One of my drs had previously ordered an mri of my spine & authorized it at a radiology place my dr uses, but when I went to book the appt they refused to let me come in bc I have a metal medical device called a pain pump. This radiology place accepts you if you have a metal pain pump & I informed my dr that this radiology place would take me. I've had mri's here in the past with my pain pump & have never had an issue.

Friendly and efficient staff, well organized admission procedure with most of my personal information already printed out on questionnaire. Up to date equipment and comfortable procedure. Appointment exactly on time and completed quickly.

I find the staff from New York Radiology at the 5 Columbus Circle location to be very helpful and professional.

Great company nice customer service and my MRI experience was great as well.

The location is clean and the staff was very professional and kind. My appointment had been scheduled wrong though I mentioned repeatedly what I was coming in for but the receptionist assisted and fixed it as soon as I arrived (which I happened to arrive 50 minutes earlier). The wait was an hour past the scheduled time but they offered free WIFI which helps pass the time. Overall I would come back but the wait was definitely not the best.

Terrible. Had me waiting for an hour and half. Forgot to do one of my tests. When I went into the MRI machines I was told I d be done by 1:30. So I moved my next to accommodate. Once I m in the machine I have no way to know what time it is. I got out at 2:10. Idiots. I spent 4 hours at the facility to get an hour worth of exams and they forgot one of three tests.

The administrative staff was very professional and accommodating. They were polite, and the process was very seamless. The technician who administered the x-ray was very friendly and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Highly recommended.

Technician was considered of my safety and comfort. MRI was done without any problems. and Iin a timely manner considering there were many patients. There has to be good team work on all otherwise it would not be s smooth operation. May you continue to do well.
