I had an absolutely awful experience here for an HSG test and would not recommend it to any woman. Yes, the procedure is often uncomfortable, if not painful, for women in the first place but the worst part of my visit had not much to do with that.
The waiting room was depressing (although the front desk personnel was very nice), the nurse was rude and had a sloppy appearance wearing street clothes over her scrubs, the changing room was filthy and had a dirty laundry bag in the corner. When asked questions about certain details of the procedure the nurse also turned out to be incompetent. The doctor doing the procedure has no business working on women since the most painful part was the one that's not supposed to hurt at all as its done at your normal annual appointment. Using an incorrect size instrument caused me a lot of unnecessary pain and I left feeling violated. I will never return to this location and this was by far the absolute worst experience I've had at any medical facility.
