I've been going to West Side Radiology for mammography for almost 30 years. This office is much more efficiently run than past emanations--though I did love some of the now-retired technicians. My only current complaint: Protocol seems to be waiting 5 business days to find out a result which seems inordinately long, and for a routine yearly check up, needlessly anxiety-producing. After talking to a supervisor, I now insist on learning my result before I leave and don't mind waiting until the radiologist gets around to looking at my pictures. This option should be offered to everyone by the technicians. Some women won't care: I do.
