When I first called the center the person on the phone was not too forthcoming with information so I was a little afraid coming here knowing that I am extremely claustrophobic. However; once they realized how fearful I was, they made every attempt to make me comfortable including putting me in a quiet space so that the sedatives that I took have a chance to work. Even though my situation might have stretch their patience, they hid it well and remained extremely professional. The way people should be, professional but kind.
