Very professional and efficient. I was in an out in no time at all. My only issue is the firm should make it more clear to patients coming in for their appointments which floor they should be going to, as they have an office on two different floors of the building.

NYRP is one of the most poorly organized medical facilities I have ever had the misfortune of needing to work with. After repeatedly losing paperwork, rarely picking up the phone, and missing a number of communications, they even (erroneously) canceled an appointment without ever notifying me as a patient. When I finally locked down an appointment, they were over an hour late beginning it. It took over 4 weeks just to get an MRI, with nearly a dozen calls and 4 physical trips to the location. I recommend that any potential patients look elsewhere for professional, prompt service, and that medical providers and referrers understand this is far from an effective, smoothly-run establishment. To give credit where it is due, the tech I had was excellent - professional, polite, skilled.

Also keep in mind that this facility artificially inflates their reviews (relatively speaking) by encouraging patients to leave reviews, thus positively skewing the typical respondent on Google.

Staff rude and unkind to the old people who were asking questions. they technician seemed a bit indecisive about his answers. i wouldn't go there and if the manager sees this review you might want to have a staff who inst sitting there being loud and obnoxious and unhelpful.. i cant stand when you see office staff behave that way esp to older people. this location was in the lower level not 9th floor.

When I made the appointments the people that schedule it told me I had to do make separate appointments for each of the tests listed. I went to the first appointment and checked with the guy that had checked me in if I could do all or if I had to come back and he basicaly confirmed what the person that scheduled the appointment said. I did the tests and came back the second time for the other tests. The same guy checked me in. A nurse took me to the back told me to get underdress and put my things away. I did all that. Then after I did that, one of the technicians called me and said why Im here again since I did all the tests. I said that the person I scheduled the appointment with and the front desk all told me they were separate and I had to come back for the other tests. The technician then says "the front desk don't know what theyre saying" and that I should disregard them and that I didnt have anything left to do. I wasted my time and effort to get there book an appointment that I had to leave work early for due to the incompetence of the telephone scheduler and the front desk, even your own technician is aware of the incompetence. That is not okay and those mistakes are not acceptable!!

Quick and easy. The front desk helped me fill out my paperwork to make the process go faster and I thought that was a great idea. Nice clean office and I can t stress enough how fast it was. I will be recommending this office and will continue to use it for future appointments

Check-in was a little bumpy....they "forgot" about me. Once we sorted that out (and they did apologize), the rest of the experience was efficient and effortless. The technicians did a great job explaining what they were doing.

I had a 10:30 appointment..I was not called until 11:30 and then there was another minute wait in the back. It is already an uncomfortable process but to wait in the small area in the back sitting almost on top of each other half dressed made it worse.

Rude staff, you can hear their conversations and complaining from behind the desk, completely disorganized place. Waited over 2 hours and then I waited another 45 minutes after they brought me down to change!!!! They even called me and left a voicemail to be 15 minutes early! The only reason why I came here was because I'm seeing a doctor in the same building and he told me to come here. I figured it would be more convenient for me as well. They should really call patients and let them know when they're backed up so I don't waste my entire day in a waiting room. Hopefully I'll never have to come here again.

Julia the mammogram tech was so amazing, concerned and compassionate. The front desk person, Shanique was also amazing, professional and very efficient. My experience at this location was so nice. Zero complaints. Very clean and they actually run on time.

Very clean and very efficient. I just wish receptionists were more friendly and welcoming. (One out 5 or 6 was.) The rest were pretty stone faced. It feels like a factory.
This is a tense moment for most clients, and a welcoming smile would do wonders.

Carolyn at the front desk was absolutely LOVELY. She was very sweet and helpful. Mike, who actually performed my intravenous contrast CT scan couldn t have been more amazing. He had an incredible sense of humor and was very efficient. He explained everything to me thoroughly and was very kind when I told him that I m not a huge fan of needles. The appointment overall couldn t have gone better. I highly recommend this facility.

Great and friendly experience!
Technicians were skillful, thorough and caring.
Front desk people were warm and friendly.
It s just very difficult to make an appointment through phone or online or contact them. But once you get an appointment and are there, everything is great!

I will not full out this survey for the Lenox Hill...

I will not full out this survey for the Lenox Hill satellite radiology unit here, but will be contacting the chairperson/board and the executive director.
I had a horrible experience starting with the unbearably cold ambient temperature in waiting areas, which couldn't have been much above 40 degrees INSIDE...and I had to endure that temperature for 2 hours due to prep for ct scan, sitting in my full winter outdoor clothing AND wrapped in a blanked. The i.v. tech was supposed to put in what I think is called a picc line (an item that sat directly on a table WITHOUT BENEFIT OF sterile packaging; she started touching equipment and needle packs with her bare hands and became hostile to me when I told her to put sterile gloves on; those gloves are to protect me, not her. The gentleman who did the radiology itself, and also inserted the iv WITH STERILE gloves was very kind, helpful and explained everything in detail as he was doing it.

The staff was kind but the wait time outrageous: I arrived at 2:30 for a 2:45 appointment (for mammogram and ultrasound) and didn t leave until after 5:30. Luckily the people who took care of me were lovely and I knew it wasn t their fault. Clearly a case of overbooking/understaffing.

AWESOME patient-driven facility. HUGE THANK YOU to Rosa who made the process seamless and for all her fabulous sense of humour and meticulous approach : she changed the plates to optimise my comfort AND she verbally gave me the heads up while doing the radios which helped a lot.
Great service from Destiny at the front desk and wonderful follow up from Krystal the supervisor.
I came in with a lot of anxiety and was made to feel comfortable by the whole team. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, everyone was simple great, professional, focused, efficiency-driven.
They even have a bunch of chargers so you can plug your phone and charge it while you are busy doing your exams.
My only criticism would be for the time it took me to book my appointment. The two times I called, it took me almost 25 minutes to get someone on the phone.

90 minute wait. After 90 minute wait, I was told to put on a gown and wait more. Waited another 20 minutes, in the cold office in a gown. No explanations just here is a seat in the corner. Front desk doesn't care. Just keep waiting.Total time to get an MRI was 2 hours.

Had a 1pm appointment at the Columbus Circle location.I was not seen until 1:50 and this was after being moved from another floor and asking the checkin desk why it was taking so long. Will not do business with a facility that has no regard for their customer's time. No one apologized for the long wait. I was surprised to get an email requesting a review when the service is subpar.

Upon my arrival and checking in ten minutes early for my 1:00 appointments for a mammogram andan ultra sound imaging test, I was politely told that they were backed up and there would be an hour s wait for the mammogram. I asked if I could reschedule the mammogram and go and go ahead with the ultrasound which would have only a twenty minute wait. They said yes and forty minutes later I was still waiting for my name to be called. I was about to. Ask to reschedule the ultrasound as well when they called my name. Then I was subjected to another 45 minute wait in my gown before I was actually called in for the exam, with not even an apology for wasting my time. That is an hour and a half of my life I will never have back and I am not so sure I want to ever return to this facility.

Very quick and easy to make appointment, to check in and to be seen. Both Mikes who run the exams were very nice answering all my questions. The scan itself was very quick and professionally done.

There was a small problem where insurance was authorized for a different site however staff worked to resolve

Changing room was private and the exam itself was professional and quick and everything was explained to me before it was done. Had a great experience and would recommend this location.

A mammogram will always be something I do not look forward to....but since I must do it, this place is efficient and fast. I made the appt online, my Dr sent the scripts and day of appt, forms done in 10 min and into exam 5 min earlier than my appt, done with 3D exam in 15 min and out.

Do not go here! BILLING FRAUD!!!
My husband went for an MRI, which we were told ahead of time would be covered by our insurance. Instead of the copay, he was charged $550. Then they submitted a claim to the insurance and got paid by them, also. Neither this place or the insurance will refund us. Stay away and about the headaches!
