One week later on Aug 5 when I wanted to play 18 holes at Rolling Hill, I found that all unused golf coupons have been stolen. Even I took my car back to Toyota Don Valley, no one can find anything for me.

I never believe that Toyota has thief! !!

This is definitely among the top dealerships to go to in the GTA if not the best. My experience dealing with the team here has consistently been very positive. I had been on the lookout to get a car for about 4 months and visited over 5-6 different dealerships for various car companies evaluating the best options. During these past months I met with and spoke to Arman Mazaheri at DVN Toyota repeatedly. Arman followed up with me every few weeks trying to understand the stage at which i was and if there was any additional help I needed. Inspite of these regular calls and a few meetings I never felt pushed to make a decision. Each time Arman tried his best to give me all the info I wanted and help me get the car I want in the budget that I had. We test drove quite a few different cars and his patience all through this process was unwavering. In todays time when most people dont want to deal with car salesman because of their pushy tactics, Arman bring in a completely fresh approach and work with you as a partner, not just someone trying to make a deal. He delivers a high level of customer service always - from start to finish. I eventually ended up buying the car I wanted from DVN Toyota and was very happy with my experience working with them.

Runaround.
Contacted them with specific questions about a vehicle I was very interested in buying. I only needed to confirm something and I would have gone to see it today.
They wouldn't answer my question, just asked for my phone number and info as if they didn't have the information they needed.
This is poor sales tactics so they can fish for personal information and then pester you to buy. Very disappointed.
They wouldn't even respond to my email after I said I just wanted an answer and not to give my info.
All I wanted was confirmation on the model. Can't believe it.
Don Valley Toyota just lost a sale, and will never get this customer under their roof.

This one star is for a recent experience I had with one of the sales rep. I was in touch with one of their other sales rep, but unfortunately he was on vacation. We had discussed on a price and it was reasonable enough for me to proceed. I called them and they connected me with a sales rep, Thomas. I explained to him the model I was looking at and the price I had in mind. He gave a loud laugh on his side and said it cannot be done and that this is a joke. I calmly explained to him that I did my research and this was the MRSP, so I feel this is realistic. I also mentioned that the dealership in Brampton was offering this price. He responded by saying, and I quote, "If Brampton is offering this price, you go there.". This really annoyed me and I did not want to further my discussion with him.

This is not how you do business and I am really surprised by this interaction I had. I felt he was too lazy to try to win my business because my price was too low for him to make a decent commission. I heard good things about this dealership, but my interaction with Thomas says otherwise.

Good Day Charles I am sending you this message in regards to the 2017 Rav4 refund. It was received today. I must take the time to let you know of the amazing service i continued to receive from your sales associate Marko. Once again he came to my aid to resolve the issue of my refund on the 2017 Rav4 on the warranty problem.
This youngman replaced the lemon 2017 Rav4 with a 2019 Toyota Rav4 Limited I am now happy and as a result of the quality of service i received from Marko I Alma McLeod will truly recommend my family and friend's to Marko as my new go to person at Toyota North for vehicle purchase.

Waiting area could use a make over. Other dealers have a tv and newspapers. DVNT has chairs in a hallway and could only find one newspaper with half the sections missing.
At least the chairs were clean.

Been to 5 Toyota dealerships in the last 2 days. This one is the best based on inventory selection, customer service and due to Jeanete Maalouf - she is one of the most dedicated sales consultant I have seen at a dealership. She will go above and beyond to get you in the car of your choice. She comes highly recommended.

I got my rav4 hybrid serviced today from Don Valley North Toyota. They replaced cabin air filter and had added about $ 30.00 plus tax as labour charges other than material cost. When I pointed out that they said was correct and said that the invoice was system generated.

Then I showed them the service terms and it clearly says that no labour cost is required. Finally they acceped, but did not refund me the additional amount saying that it'll be carried forward to next service. It's clearly a fraud as it's a system fault and from how many customers they may have charged this additional money so far. This is unjust enrichment since many customers don't read the terms written in very small letters.

At least they should have refunded the extra money at the same time without carrying forward. This is running a business from someone's money without paying back divident or interest since I'll go for next service in 06 months.

I recently traded in my old vehicle here and bought a new truck. Bowen was my sales person and he absolutely gave his 110%. Although the manager from the pre-owned department forgot to provide the document promised, Bowen stepped up and took matter in his own hand and helped me.

I recently bought a Toyota Matrix from Don Valley North Toyota. The Service I got from there was amazing. I was helped by a Sales Rep named *Mr Hameed Chennan*. He was very patient and showed many vehicles in this category and explained about the pros and cons of buying a matrix.I was fortunate enough to be helped by him in making the right decision.

One time this was the best service dealership in town but not anymore. Staffs are rude and unprofessional and not taking seriously anymore. Very disappointed.

I recently bought a used Toyota RAV4 from DVN Toyota, and had a good overall experience buying from them. My salesperson, Peter, was the best part of the experience. I told him my budget and he walked me around the used car lot and showed me all of my options. There just so happened to be a newly traded-in RAV4 in the lot that caught my eye and he was extremely accommodating. He ran inside to get me the keys, let me inspect the car inside and out, and even let me drive it around the lot. The negotiations were a bit of a rough spot, as it inevitably went to the sales manager, who was not very accommodating. He clearly didn't seem to value my interest in the car, and was being so stubborn at his desired price that I almost walked out on the deal. What really sold me was Peter. I made the purchase mostly because it was a great car, but also because I didn't want him to lose out on his commission just because of his stubborn (and salaried) manager. I'd recommend DVN Toyota, but try to steer the negotiations away from their profit-hungry sales managers!

I went to Don Valley North Toyota on 24-hour sales day and met Mr. Logan Yuan - the best sales representative I've ever met before. I got everything from him and decided to purchase my dream car - Hihglander 2019 in just 1 hour. The price I got and the service they provided were excellent. I think I will highly recommend this dealer and recommend Mr. Logan to be your representative!!

I had a service appointment booked for my Rav4 and got a call from one of their seriously awesome sales staff, Dan (seek him out when you book an appointment, you'll thank me later), the day before about the possibility of a trade in and to come talk to him while my vehicles in for servicing.

Upon arriving at the appointment I explained to Dan about the experience from absolutely hell at the Aurora Toyota dealership (get a vehicle from a ghetto black market back alley car salesman before going to Aurora Toyota dealership..again, you'll thank me later) that resulted in the Rav4 that ended up being a complete nightmare and pure regret (along with almost resulting in legal action) because of the joke of a dealership I got it from.

Dan was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me get my Rav4 traded in and helped me figure out which vehicle to go with instead. He was amazing with actually being genuine and listened to what I wanted from a vehicle, along with figuring out all the details in between. Never once did he try forcing me into any decisions like I had experienced at the Aurora dealership when I had my first purchasing experience of a vehicle. It was like night and day of a difference on how friendly, easy going, helpful and especially truthful/honest Dan is.

One week later I picked up my 2021 Corolla and absolutely LOVE it!! The whole experience with Dan and his management team for being so incredible for everything was something I never thought was possible at a car dealership.

If you're going to go to a Toyota dealership, Don Valley North is the one to go to without question!

Highly recommend this toyota dealership and especially the two salesmen Jalal and Pejam!! They helped me to find out the vehicle I want - RAV4 hybrid 2020. I had a very good customer experience in this location and with both of them. They are very patient! They also have a lot of knowledge and they put themselves into your shoes to understand your needs. Never pushing! Best salesmen I met comparing to other Toyota dealership in Toronto (they never said this car goes very fast; if you like it, buy it now, otherwise other people will take it ). They were so professional and really have a lot of knowledge by explaining me everything and help me to analyze my needs. Even I left without buy anything the first time, I felt I learned a lot from them. Each time, when I asked Jalal a question about a model or a specific car, he responded very fast with his opinion and recommendation; finally when I made my mind, Pejman helped me out to negotiate the purchasing price. My family has had 3 generations of Camrys and one Corolla. Came in to fix up my old Camry and purchase/ trade up for a C-HR. I wanted a Venza but my family wants the C-HR. Was treated very rudely by Mark Lopez. As if I was so dumb I could not comprehend what the mechanic was telling me. Now we must travel further to Markville to purchase our next car and for future servicing as there's no way we'd come back to Don Valley North.

I was looking to purchase a new car as the primary family car and we were looking at an SUV. After checking out various models at Nissan and Honda, we were recommended by a friend to go check out Don Valley North Toyota, and the wonderful and caring sales rep (Simon Lam).

Simon was friendly, understanding of our needs and very clear in his communication about all the various aspects during the car purchase process.

We spent over 5 hours on our final visit there to finalize the whole process and ended up purchasing a new Venza which has been surprisingly better than advertised. Throughout the process Simon and the rest of the team at DVN Toyota communicated any changes and issues and were receptive to our concerns and questions.

Overall, it was a pleasurable experience dealing with them and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go and speak with Simon Lam, or anyone else within that team.

Great brand but horrible dealership. We went in for a potential purchase of a RAV4 because we needed a vehicle very soon. No receptionist approached us and we have to make our first move(it's fine) then the sales we got had no experience on what she was selling, the only thing got stuck in my mind because of repetitive attack was "buy today". Because we don't look like a million dollar and look like young adult that starting a family, we weren't serious enough to purchase a vehicle? Because when we started to talk about pricing the only message she gave us was "buy today" then we will talk numbers.

I bought a used RAV4 from Jennifer Yang and Sam Francella and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. On the day of purchase I mentioned that it was my birthday and they even gave me a free gift from the accessories shop! Jennifer gave me a quick run down of the RAV hybrid before I took off with it. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2013 at Don Valley North Toyota in May 19th, one of its Toyota-Certified vehicles, which was presented to me as peace of mind deal when buying an used car.
The problem is that, with less than 2 months after I bought, it has already its A/C system broken.

2 months ago when I was searching for a car I chose Toyota because it was supposed to be a reliable car. I chose a Toyota Dealership to buy my Toyota because I trusted in the Toyota certification for my vehicle.
I paid more than a similar vehicle from another dealer because I trusted Toyota.

And now I went back to Don Valley North Toyota dealership and they charged me more than $1800 to repair it.

I tried to talk to the sales team, services team and Toyota Canada and all of them just said basically they can not cover the repair.

One advice: just buy in a cheaper dealership or from a private owner because it is the same.

Got a 2016 Tacoma about a week and 1/2 ago and couldn't have made a better destination. STEVE COOK set me up with best deal ,price and buy experience that was very comfortable. I would recommend DVN Toyota and STEVE to anyone.

We purchased a vehicle before at DVN Toyota in 2015, it was a great experience and continues to be today. It has high-quality staff and they are fun, energetic, and always there to help you. Our product advisor, Logan, was really kind, knowledgeable and very patience. He helped my mom in deciding her new vehicle and took the extra time to make sure she had everything she needed. We accidentally came early to pick up our vehicle and Logan was still able to squeeze us into his busy schedule and help us out.

When I called in today I spoke with a very rude woman who seemed like she had better things to do than answer some very basic questions regarding a safety recall issue. She was in a rush to end the call and forwarded me to their appointment booking line instead. If I needed to book an appointment I could have done so online.

I recommond the sales Stanley Su and his manager. Not only we got a pretty new pre-owned good car with a best price (Manager Special :P) in this biggest dealer in Canada (normally, people think big dealer means expensive, but after I inspect the cars in a same condition, I change my mind, let alone they already did the toyota certified ) Moreover, they are still very responsible after I have picked the car-due to the pre-owned car battery have already used in a couple of years, so it did not work in my home garage, Stanley went to my home after I call him, and helped starting my car by his tools, then lead me go to his company did a examination and finally changed a new battery for free! I think it's the best service I met before!

Excellent and quick services provided. I was assisted by service specialist Amin Keshavjee and he was able to move the service appointment to an earlier time, explain the service details and also ensure the itemized billing was accurate. The only downside is the small cafeteria which does not have many options.

Very casual enviornment, which is fine, except I don't think you should gossip right outside of an open door while a sales rep is with customers. The sales rep we dealt with did not understand what we were looking for, and also did not know how the cars he showed us worked. Then he tries to get our credit card to make a down payment on the car before we agree to a price. Spectacular. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years.

What a disaster used car department specially the manager , I was their to buy one highlander and the sales man was telling that the manager. Won t sell it to me because I am buying it for my company , what the mess in that place this is second time happened , absolutely the used car manager is something else

Recently I leased a RAV 4 2016 XLE AWD from DVN Toyota through Jeanete Maalouf. Jeanete helped me every bit in the process of leasing the vehicle.
