My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Sam Francella at Don Valley North Toyota dealership. The experience was awesome as we came in with a very strict set of options about the vehicle we wanted. One amazing point for Sam is that when it came time for negotiation, additional warranties and packages, he did not try to push any deal on us and made every price cut that he could, and also escalated the negotiation to higher management to ensure we were getting the best possible deal. We are definitely reaching out to him when the time comes to get another vehicle, which will happen in a near future. Thanks again Sam for all your hard work and dedication.
