I come to this location to plug a puncture in my tire. The desk employee greets me. I state my need. "That will be $35", says he. I feel as if I am buying tomatoes at a market. I ask to see the price list. He looks it up and says, "Oh it's not updated yet". I insist on seeing it. He shows it to me on the monitor. I see the price is $25. "I want to see an updated price list", says I. He starts asking another employee about the price for plugging a tire. The employee says, "$25". The first guy says, "$25, OK?" I am thinking, "What do you mean 'OK?' Are you going to bargain?" but i say "OK". I don't want to stay long here hoping to salvage as mush of the ruined family day off as possible. After an hour of waiting, "Sir, your car is ready." I go out to my car and see my front license frame broken, my license plate bent, and this inspiring piece of work on my tire (Find photo with tire and something like an old chewing gum stuck to it and admire it)

I took my SUV for auto spa, they have 3 packages, so I choose the middle one, the Premium Package ($124). They took the whole day and picked me up 45 minutes late. I was very disappointed with the quality of the wash I found many spots that they missed, or ignored, I complained and showed them the spots but I received the message that says "this is it". The car smelled very bad for days.

I will never go again to wash my car there and I don't recommend it to anybody

I came to your dealership looking for a car August 21/15 i was greeted by Mr Sam Francella and ushered in his desk to give me detailed orientation about the different kind of vehicies you have followed by the tour and a test drive to build up my confidence that i am not buying something that i have no knowledge about. Being a woman is mostly a disadvantage when it comes to buying and repairing cars from my perious experiences. However Sam"s approach was different from other pushy salesman. He made me feel like i am his friend or familly member he empowered me with knowledge to make an informed decision. he even help me understand basic electronies in the Prius v. I am happy with the vehicle i bought a 2012 toyota Prius v and would like to tell you what an asset Sam is for your company. I will recommend your company to all my friends if they plan to purchase a vehicle.

JAMIE LI-We recently purchased a "Pre-Loved" 2015 Lexus RX 350 at Don Valley North Toyota. The sales person, Jamie Li, was by far the best salesperson that we have ever dealt with!! Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We have owned Lexus vehicles for a number of years, and thus we knew what we were looking for. Jamie made the purchase process efficient and enjoyable. Including the negotiation and the test drive, we completed the deal in less than 2 hours. We left Don Valley North Toyota feeling that we paid a fair price for our newly acquired vehicle and that we received a fair value for our trade. We would definitely recommend Jamie Li to our family and friends. This dealership is 125 kms from our home, however we will not hesitate to return when we are in the market for our next vehicle. Thanks again Jamie!

I've bought my last 2 cars (new and used) at this Toyota. When looking for a second hand car for my daughter Vijay Vijayan reached out to me. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me several options to look over. Even though at times I was "too much", "too high mileage" he was patient and persisted. He was always easy to reach and always returned my emails or texts or phone calls immediately. He finally found a car that was the right fit for us and we bought it! Would highly recommend Vijay. He was pleasant, curteous, friendly and hard working.

The sales person Gus Afaro provided misleading and...

The sales person Gus Afaro provided misleading and wrong information and tried to make money off us when the website itself was giving a lower price for the s upgraded model Toyota Corolla 2016 with two features added. He was asking about $50 more per month on a lease term than what was written on the website. He kept going back n forth to talk to his manager and brought down the price after several rounds of negotiations which was still higher than the Toyota's official website and was trying to make us think he actually did something for us while ripping us off and trying to tell us that how we need to sign it to secure the price. I would suggest anyone going to this dealership do their research on all calculations, features added, their cost on the website and the lease terms n conditions and do not even think of any dealer related discount before signing anything because they will try to rip you off too. This is after we did our research too but if u show a little trust on this guy or even the dealership since the manager was involved too, you're doomed. This guy was a crook. Thank God I didn't sign anything that day. I will never return to this dealership again!!

I had reached out to the office regarding my horrible experience back in September 2020 and we still have not heard back
In August 2020 we were assisted by Peter Wan. This was by far the worst customer service we had ever experienced. Peter was very rude and short with us from the beginning. He would tell us to go sit in the car's without providing any vehicle information.
We eventually purchased the Rav4 in September 2020 with help from Dankha Odisho. He was great in answering any questions we had. During pickup however, our New vehicle was handed to us VERY dirty with few scratches on the vehicles. We had to request our sales rep (Dankha) to take care of it as he did not initiate it himself (he was busy assisting another family in buying a vehicle).

I have purchased or leased cars since I was 20....normally I shop around to look for the "best deal". The most recent car has come from the same place I got my car from 4 years ago. More importantly I went back to the same salesman I dealt with 4 years ago. Here's the low-down.
Go to DVNTS and ask for Howie. I'll warn you Howie is animated, but he is sincere and will bend the company over backwards to make the you, the client happy. He did for me, and it is obvious he does this for all his clients.
Don Valley North Toyota Scion is worthy of their quality reputation. Howie, and all the staff I have met there reflect the same "customer first" attitude.
Do yourself a favour......seriously.

From the first interaction until the delivery date...

From the first interaction until the delivery date my sales consultant, Arman, exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to trust dealers until I was lucky enough to come across an associate who listened to my needs and explained the best route to take. I now am driving a car that is a much newer model than I anticipated and it was financially feasible due to Arman's guidance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and myself went to check out RAV4 and had a wonderful experience with the Sales Rep Sam Francella . He was very friendly and helpful! We didn't feel pressured or pushed to make any decision that we're not comfortable with.

When we show our interest towards RAV4, he recommended us 2013 RAV4 and it was in mint condition. We went on test drive and he informed everything about the car and shared his own experience about RAV4. Sam helped me to make informed decision of buying a RAV4 that I will never forget.

He was really honest sales person I have ever seen. He gave us our space to think about it and was very patient with us. We walked out of Don Valley North Toyota with happy face and off course RAV4. He also arrange a ride for us from our home to DVN Toyota to pick up the car.

I also wanted to thank Jason Coghlan , who have taken personal interest on our deal and recommended to Sam. Jason is really amazing sales manager who have a empathy on his customers.

I really wanted to thank Don Valley North Toyota for their continuous great service.

Arman Mazaheri was absolutely wonderful. One of my friends who had a great experience introduced him. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It was my first time leasing a car and Arman went above and beyond to make the process really smooth and to make sure we had all the needed information. He also shared an insurance company contact information with me which I could get the best quote among 10 companies. Arman was very easy to communicate with and handled everything professionally. My fiancee, her mother and I went to Don Valley North Toyota to look at a used car after finding one on autotrader. I contacted the dealership to see if the car was available to view and spoke to Anthony from the used car sales department. I was advised that the car was available to view and was greeted warmly by Anthony. He was very welcoming and allowed us to view the car indoors instead of outside in the cold. I was impressed with this as other dealerships would just allow the car to be viewed outside in the parking lot. Anthony was detailed in what the car had to offer as we took it out for a test drive. During the test drive he was patient and allowed us to fully experience how the car drove and handled.

Anthony was very patient during our negotiation process and also very reassuring and understanding when we had concerns with the brakes of the car. Anthony gave us confidence that the brakes were still very good and was very transparent with the service records and analysis of the brakes. He even went as far as having us speak to the service techs to show us that the brakes were indeed good and gave us paper records of them. I am very impressed and thankful of the transparency and honesty that Anthony and Don Valley North Toyota showed as buying a car can be a stressful and exhausting process. Being able to know that a dealer and dealership can be open and honest while providing excellent service gave us confidence that we were making the right decision of buying the car.

I am also grateful to Matt who was the used car sales manager for giving us a great deal on the car and being understand and courteous in making us feel confident with our big purchase.

I am happy and satisfied because they treat customers like family.

I am an out of province first time customer of Don Valley North. My wife and I were scheduled to come from Atlantic Canada to Toronto for a weekend business related trip at the in early September and we were in the market for a new vehicle. It fit our needs to purchase a vehicle in Toronto and drive it home. We had determined that the Highlander was our selection. I randomly picked Don Valley North to call and make inquires. Within moments of my call I was directed to Jeanete Malouf on the sales team who was a perfect stranger to me at the time. We immediately started communicating by text and with 30 minutes we had a deal worked out on the exact vehicle I was looking for a price far less than my expectations.

She was very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.... by far the best car salesperson I have EVER dealt with!!! .... I am 60 so I have been buying cars for over 40 years... She made arrangements for my wife and I to be picked up at the airport very early on Saturday morning by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Inpalm she met us at the dealership and the transaction was concluded promptly and seamlessly!

Hats off to Jeanete Malouf and Don Valley North for an amazing purchase experience. Ten out of Ten!!!

PS... the Highlander is truly an awesome vehicle!

Terrible sales and services! I'll never buy a car from this dealer again. Bought a new Sienna with rust protection in 2015. They voided my lifetime rust protection service without telling me. Don't get scammed into buying anything extra with this dealer. I bought 2 new Camry, Rav4 and the 1st Sienna in 1998 from other dealers. Overall, this dealer is the worst experience! The rating should be zero star.

5 Years ago, I bought a new vehicle around $ 40,000.00 from this dealership. Gas in the vehicle was just enough for me to pull out from the dealer parking lot, I have to look for gas station right way.

5 Years after, I went back to this dealer to buy another used vehicle. Made deal, put cash deposit. due to the mileage too high, nobody wants to finance the vehicle. Sale guy didn't know that. 3 months after, I still go after dealer for my cash deposit. At beginning, sale guy told me just wait for few weeks, cheque should be in the mail. now the sales guy told me he does not remember.

I told sale person, I am looking for this model vehicle, if he can provide me with financing, I will take it. How easy is that! As long as monthly payment within my budget, I would take it.

I don't feels they are interesting to sale me a vehicle.

After all, I went to a smaller Toyota dealer, brought a car; Monday I walked in, Thursday vehicle was ready for pick up. People there are very nice and friendly, and sale person top up the gas when the time I picked up the vehicle.

My experience purchasing a car from Don Vally North Toyota was excellent. I worked with Fiona through the entire purchase. She was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as she could. I was a little skeptical at first because this is my first car. Fiona made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with Fiona to purchase your next vehicle. She very much helpful and experienced in car selling. She has very much knowledge about the finance and car specifications as well.

I had heard from family and friends that the Don Valley North Toronto is a decent dealership so I thought I would purchase Toyota Yaris 2017 from Don Valley North.
Do Not Buy from Don Valley North if you don t want to be frustrated and infuriated throughout the entire process of getting a car. Don Valley North has shoddy and inferior customer service. When I first went to the dealership to check out the cars, the showroom didn t have anybody on the floor and it took awhile to get help. After I paid the deposit, I wanted to change one of the add ons so when I was brought to the sales manager, I asked if I could change it and I was told that once I paid the deposit then they can t change anything. I thought it was abit weird that you can t change the add on since I hadn t signed the paperwork yet and it s not like I m not buying the car. While completing the paperwork for the car, the sales manager was trying to hard sale me on the ECP which I didn t want from the beginning and basically won t take no for an answer until I said I needed to ask my family and I was told can t you think for yourself, why do you need to ask your family . In the end, I was allowed to not have the ECP but I was told that I can change my mind as long as the car hasn t been delivered to me yet. This is not decent since you re being hypocritical.
Once you pay the deposit for the car and signed the paperwork, the customer service becomes nigh non-existent. I had to keep initiating the follow up with the dealership to see whether the credit approval went through, when would the VIN be provided so I can get car insurance and when I could get the car. The internal communication within Toyota requires an overhaul; as well all employees should have outlined responsibilities rather than passing the blame around. When I asked the sales associate about the status of the application, I was asked in return if I got a phone call from Toyota Credit. I said I got the call early in the morning and it was already 3pm when I got worried about the silence and tried to get a hold of the sales associate. I was then told that he doesn t know anything and there hasn t been any communications internally. Good customer service would be to contact your colleagues, be it the inventory manager or warehouse manager or whoever is in charge of getting the customer s desired car from wherever it s located to the correct dealership, to check on the status of where the car is, what the VIN is, estimated time of arrival, etc. The customer service I got was oh, we ll get it when we get it . Other dealerships and even insurance companies followed up with me in a timely manner.
When I went to the dealership to see why there is a problem with getting me the car, I was told that the sales manager emailed the sales associate when he received the email from Toyota Credit approving me and he told the sales associate to follow up with me. I was surprised to hear that since I had to initiate the follow up with the sales associate and really, it should be common sense to follow up with the customer. I was then told that the inventory manager was emailed but they hadn t heard back from him so it ll be whenever the inventory manager decides to reply back. Does Toyota not use phones internally? As well, the sales manager and other employees have stated that it s the sales associate s first sale . It s one thing to have a brand new sales associate and me being their first sale and having your employees undergo training but it s a separate issue when the customer has to follow up with every single tiny detail just to buy and receive a car because Toyota s employees are being silent on all matters until confronted. Buying a car should be a joyous occasion not an exercise in frustration, stress and sleepless nights. Before I thought Toyota was a good brand. Now, I am very hesitant to buy Toyota again if this is the kind of service I am currently getting and I haven t even received the car yet. If this is a ploy to make me consider getting ECP then it s just making me very embittered.

I just picked up a 2012 Toyota Highlander & love it. Sam Francella got me the Vehicle I wanted & Below my budget . From the moment you walk in the door you're taking care of & in the end you get a great deal.
The paperwork was quick & all my questions we're answered.

Jayson Joseph was a great help in the financing & got us the terms that we felt the most comfortable with . Sam kept me posted till the car was ready for pick up.I know where I'm going for my next car.

I still got payment withdrawn from my bank account in early August for the leased Toyota Rav 4 vehicle I returned in July. I've called and anxious to hear back about the reimbursement check by Toyota Credit Canada. It's a big mistake by Toyota and we as a customer is quite upset about the delays. Please look into it and let me know as soon as possible.

If u Read the review u will see every company thy own have the same Story . Worst dealer ship ever. My Father-in Law brought his Van here. So I When with him here. but the staff especially the manager were very unprofessional to us. Unfriendly sales men They Tall Me they they have a sienna van 2012 but try to sell me a 2011 for the same price..Then Didn t even provide me a car proof until i ask them for it. then it was accident Van. he is like 2012 and 2011 everything same think customers are not informed or educated. after that i book a service for the van .. service advisor tall me i don t have a appointment even tho i book it in person what a jerk.. don t even go there wast of time

Just got my Camry Hybrid 09 from this dealership this week. Their customer service is excellent, lots of top quality inventory to choose from. They also assign a product adviser who looks after your customized requirement. In my case, my adviser Jasbir helped me a lot with his insights & experience. Their management Vanessa & Jason worked out a great deal for me as well.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership in a heartbeat! This dealership is truly fantastic :)

I had a great experience working with Shuja Rizvi at Don Valley Toyota. He was really helpful from the day I started looking for my vehicle to the day I picked up the car. He gave me professional advice and options that suited my budget as a student. He also was really patient with me when I had delays getting the right insurance plan and even suggested other insurance company, which was really thoughtful of him. On the day I picked up the car, he was very detailed in going through the paper works. He showed me the car and thoroughly went through each functions. I would highly recommend Shuja at Don Valley Toyota to anyone who is looking to buy or lease their next Toyota vehicle!!

I do not usually write bad reviews, but I just stepped out after having looked around for quite awhile. Not a single hello, let me know if you need help, etc. There were clearly associates availabIe. I am a younger guy who is looking to purchase and I even went to ask the group of standing around salesmen (3) if I could get a roof rack on a scion IM, neither wanted to even take the question then the answer was nothing but condescension and to shoo me away because with a sweater and track pants I am apparently not worth the effort for a commission. If I do get a Toyota after this I would be very surprised. Active and Passionate salespeople are a plus for any retailer as a side note.

Our experience with Sam Francella was fabulous, from start to finish he expertise was essential in the choice of vehicle we purchased.
He was continuously available when we had queries thru out the purchasing process --even when I called on a Sunday with some last minute questions. No detail was too small for Sam to look after even down to making sure the licence plates were put on properly.
This is our third purchase at Don Valley North Toyota and we couldn't be happier with the sales and service we received from Sam--we will definitely be purchasing again from him.

Purchased my new Highlander Hybrid and was very happy with the sales staff from beginning to end.

Started off with a test drive and negotiations with Frank, and then was completed by Lu a few months later. Lu answered all my questions promptly and was very courteous every step of the way. He got a little annoyed when he was showing me all the gadgets and I turned on the windshield wipers and accidentally sprayed him with the window wash fluid. Oops, sorry Lu. :-)

After owning the Highlander for a month, it developed a little rattling noise, so I took it back to the dealership and they assessed it to be a slightly loose heat shield around the muffler. Kevin and his team fixed it in a jiffy and off I went happily, with my warrantied repair and complimentary car wash.

This is my third purchase from DVNT. Couldn t be happier.

We just bought a 2017 Prius from Don Valley North Toyota (it s 4 years old). Our Product Advisor, Vijay Vijayan, did a great job taking us through all the great features of the car, and made sure it was ready to go within a day and was really well-detailed (like a new car). I bought a used RAV4 from Jennifer Yang and Sam Francella and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. On the day of purchase I mentioned that it was my birthday and they even gave me a free gift from the accessories shop! Jennifer gave me a quick run down of the RAV hybrid before I took off with it. They also signed me up for a Know Your Car Night on my behalf to further my knowledge on the RAV. Sam and Jennifer were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to leave my future vehicle purchases in their capable hands.

Large beautiful showroom but the sales people are pushy and rude. I would never buy a car from here. They are the number one volume dealership for sales but I don't know why. Giving them 2 stars only because their service department is ok. Had to go there in a jam but was pleasantly surprised by the service department.

Not impressed with there booking process, I simply...

Not impressed with there booking process, I simply needed an oil change and requested if they had a shuttle service available. I was told that shuttle service is not available for oil changes and that was there procedure.
So I called Brimell Toyota and booked an appointment the next day and was told if I needed a shuttle to my office it is available.
Its sad when a company such as this cannot provide good customer service using common sense.
I will probably never go there or recommend them in any shape or form.

I walked in to check RAV4 to get some information. Girl at the entrance kind of ignorant told me only accept appointments only. Ask for the catalog, told all online. We know we can find all online. We wanted to see the interior to select the right color. Won't shop there place. Extremely poor customer service!
