Historic dominoes location! Subs are made fresh and really good

So Ive spent alot of money at your store seeing as its so close to my home! I'm a businessman so I try to stay professional as possible but there's been a couple times where things were a little unacceptable!! One time they dropped my parm bites but a the gentleman at the counter offered me a 20 ounce cherry coke for the mistake and the wait which as a manager I appreciated!! As the girl who probably dropped them in the 1st place brings them out to me to complete my order I ask is she could bring me the cherry coke that the young man promised me and forgot to bring back up to the counter.... and with the most attitude I've seen from a friend let alone an employee like Did You Pay For That?? knowing this was a mess up she was bringing out at this point and at that moment I could've exploded!! Some how I kept my composure but I havent been disrespected like that in a long time for something that they messed up on. Now the 2nd time I ordered my same Philly sub as usual and they tell me 20 mins, normally its 15 but I know how business can be so I rolled with it... Came in at about 16 mins and they said I had a 4 minute wait on my sub! As I seen the young man put the sub up and not bring it too me nor come up and say anything to me about it! What I realized was that they had just started making it when I walked in the door....unacceptable again and they didnt even inform me when they messed up again! Looks like it was the same girl running the night shift and it seems as your employees are not being taught the right way to make things fast and accurate and being polite to your customer.... who is a regular!!!! Id hate to have to take my money elsewhere for something as simple as people doing what they are paid to do....
Im saying this all as a manger of a restaurant aswell so it would be appreciated if you take this review seriously because when I come in the morning its great but nights are the complete opposite!!

They complimented my cowboy bepop t shirt.
They have good taste.
I put pineapple on my pizza.
And said "sounds good"

Even tho admitted was their preference

Actually the only dominos I like. The orders are always correct and delivered in good time. They have talented pizza makers too. I've tried many dominos throughout my life and a lot of times when they hand toss their pizza they make them too thin with over proofed dough. This one trains their people right or has experienced people.

Every employee at this store seems to be incompetent. I am a big Domino's fan, and I've ordered from this location many times (as it is nearest to my house). Though I'm always hopeful that THIS time they'll be able to read my order; they always prove me wrong. They have failed to pack the garlic sauce (for which they NEVER forget to charge me) on my last 5 orders. The first time I called and kindly asked them to make sure to include it on future orders. Twice I ignored the problem. Time before last, the delivery driver was kind enough to reimburse me out of his own pocket (only thing worthy of 1 star). The last time, the young woman that answered my call made excuses for how busy they were. If it had been the first time, maybe I could've forgiven it. But EVERY TIME. Shame on me for ordering from this store repeatedly, but shame on them for not hiring literate employees. There is no shortage of pizza delivery in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area (including numerous other Domino's locations). I sincerely hope management reads this and figures out how to improve customer satisfaction.

In the past we have used Domino's a lot at my previous location we would order 8 to 14 times a week. Today I ordered from this location for the 4th time since we got to the area. To start off the driver brought me regular Coke and not the Coke Zero I selected in the app. I was upset that my order was wrong one again. The driver made it very clear that he was not going to be able to do a thing about it not even go back and atleast get me a diet soda. He said ther was nothing he could do. Said if I don't like it call the store at which point things escalated to a yelling situation. Upset I sent the store a bad review as the food was not tasty. I had a soda I could do nothing with and the customer service was horrible. A few min later I get a call from the location manager he said I see you gave us a bad review and I said yes I did. Then he proceeds to tell me off and will not let me say a word. Says that I am not allowed to use his store any longer and I can get my food someplace else. It is not bad enough they do not deliver here after dark, they have a bad customer service ethic, and the food is just thrown together. But they get upset when you give then the review that is deserved. This loyal $300+ a week dominos fan will be going to other stores like the Manager told me to do.

Called in an order for a meeting and had the worst experience ever. The man on the phone claimed to be a manager, refused to honor the quoted price we received the day before, and couldn't seem to wrap his head around the idea that the EMU campus didn't have just one address. He needed the building and room number, too. 90 minutes and 3 phone calls later, I track the driver down as he's tooling about campus. He was given the wrong room number and didn't bring the itemized receipt we asked for. Naturally, the food was cold, and I was embarrassed in front of the guests presenting at our meeting. I will never order from this location again.

They are the best Domino s Pizza they are very good for the older exactly and very short time thank you for you Domino s Pizza

Just watched an employee making pizza walk away and then rup her arms with her hands while she was talking to other staff and went back to making pizza . Tall skinny Caucasian girl with red like hair. Notice how I never mentioned her washing her hands. Not okay

Call order my pizza at 530 called back at 645 and lady said I don t see a order for you so I said you took my order and ran my card she said sir you re card didn t go threw I said then why did you give me a credit on my card if it didn t go threw then she said I can place your order again I said ok so she said it be 45 more minutes ok it showed up in 10 minutes needless to say I will not order from them again

I paid for food and i only had money giving to pay for food And delivery but i was given current amount and was asking for a tip i told him i would if i had extra he then got an attitude with an comment remark

I ordered my pizza around 11 and waited a whole hour for it to get delivered. For them to just tell me that they declined my order because they don t take orders after 11:30 and they wanted to go home then. Instead of calling me to tell me that my food got canceled. This dominos is trash never eat here.

This Domino's have some rude ass employees!! The man who answers the phone is very rude, and doesn't know how to be professional at all! They won't deliver at my location because it's a closer Domino's by me which is on Grove! Bullshit! I don't like this Domino's! I wouldn't recommend this one to NOBODY!

I always have a problem when I go to this location! I went today, around 5:30pm to get a gift card! The cashier didn't know how or where to get a gift card. The manger was hands-off and told the cashier to tell the customer we don't have gift cards. Then the cashier joined the manger and began to make pizzas. Terrible customer service! No one asked, can I get you something else! I waited for 5-10 minutes and no one came to take my order. Finally, I decided, I will not return to that location for any reason.

Fast delivery, hot and tasty food! You can t go wrong!

I'm personally not a fan of Domino's, but my daughter loves it! Super friendly!

Dominos is my go-to pizza place. It s not the best but it s very convenient and you pretty much always know what to expect.
I order from this location pretty regularly. The food is always quality, and the delivery drivers are always very friendly. They ve only messed up my order once in the dozen times I ve ordered from them (and I m pretty sure it was a Saturday night so no that surprised tbh).
Their rewards system is okay but it would be nice if you got a free large instead of medium (maybe I m just being greedy)

Order was ready but the cashier was wearing a mask wrong and touching his nose/face constantly. I don't think we'll be coming back soon.

I swear, they give the worst service ever. They always mess up my pizza, they have forgotten something the LAST 3 times I ordered. The very last time they forgot A WHOLE pizza. How do you do that!? Im done with this place.

Delivery never showed up I had to go pick up my food and they did not want to give me my delivery charge back when I should have got my order for free after the hassle they put me thru and had the nerve to argue with me when I arrived

Just got the worst ever handmade pizzas. I always order the same pizza as I travel across the country and I m a big fan of Domino s handmade pan pizza. But these guys really ruined it for me. Really the worst $23 spent @domino s. Manager wouldn t own it either.
One would think Domino s in Michigan would nail it.. as they re just miles away from the headquarters but ughhh. I would refrain from using this location for my order again.

I love the salad, & the way it's packaged!!! Not only are the croutons kept seperate so they don't get mushy; but dfft items, specifically the ONIONS, are kept seperate as well. I was absolutely delighted not to have to pick thru to throw away!!!
However, one thing that DID upset me.....I ordered EXTRA CHEESE, & paid for it.......but please don't tell me THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE EXTRA CHEESE!!!!! I don't think so!!!!
All in all, pizza always good, always hot, drivers are always nice & prompt!!!!!

Didn't even get to taste the pizza, but if it's anything like the service we got, that's a good thing.

At first we had placed our order online to get one of the current specials, and found out that Domino's charges an extra fee for any sauce with the bread stick orders, which is just bad marketing, but not specific to this location.

Right after placing the order online for delivery, we cot a call from the store telling us that they "do not deliver to our apartments after dark". I may not live in the best area, but I was personally offended at what I feel is discrimination. Why is my money any less valid because I don't live in a better area?
We asked if we could still place the order if we came to pick it up in person, and they said we could, but we asked them if they would hang on for just a minute while we discussed it. Over the course of the few seconds we spent talking about it and deciding that we didn't want it if it wasn't delivered, they hung up on us.

At first we were just frustrated by the bad service, them we realized that they may still be making the pizza, charging the card we used online, and expecting us to come pick it up. We called them back and were imminently put on hold, which is understandable. However, rather than take our call, they picked up the line and hung up. So we called back even more frustrated, and were again put on hold. after some time, an employee answered the phone with "hello?" Not "How can I help you", or "sorry for the wait", just "hello?"

Confused, I said hello back, to which she responded with "hi". So eventually we got to a point where we were going to be charged for the pizza, and she quickly put us back on hold so someone else could talk to us.

It was a very frustrating experience, and we decided to go with Mr. Pizza instead.

Pretty solid dominoes, have had a few deliveries over an hour, but in general its pretty standard.

Great pizza, although poor customer service. They have a very small parking lot and the manager yelled at me in the store to move my car because I was parked behind one of their drivers. I wouldn't have parked here if there was another spot that I could have parked without my car being hit by chance, and I felt like she handled the situation very poorly. One customer is not more important that the other.

We ordered our pizza, 2 hours later we called because it had not been delivered. They told us oops we meant to call you to tell you we are too busy to deliver to you.

Pizza is always fantastic and drivers are always amazing!

I miss this store. I have had some great experiences and some poor ones but the friends and coworkers I met on the way beat it all. I recommend their pan pizza with Asiago cheese and pepperoni you won t regret it. Thanks for a great working experience to all my coworkers and managers :) Keep improving and up the team work, that s the number one thing that made this job tolerable.

I've had good and bad experiences here, but I'll focus on that most of them were good if your order is correct.

Great online interface and visually simple and neat. Easy to use and not too time consuming.

Delivery is super fast! Pizza was fresh and yummy! Garlic knots were a little overdone but still flavorful. Keely was our delivery driver and she is so nice! We will definitely order from here again. Thank you!

I haven't ordered Domino's in quite a while, but got the hankering and gave it a shot. I'd seen a carry-out special advertised in the window while walking by and started by picking up the phone and dialing the number listed. I sat there for over 5 minutes listening to a looping pre-recorded message by what sounded like a female monster truck announcer. But no one answered. And the message just looped and looped. Somewhat irritated (ok, enraged) I decided to place an order online, which I hadn't wanted to do because I wasn't sure how to get the carry-out special. Fortunately, I figured it out and found it under specials. Duh.

I ordered a large 1-topping Brooklyn-style pizza (sausage). I had been wanting to try this as thinner crust is not common in these parts and I prefer it. I then ended up entering my credit card info and setting up an account. Why not? Well, It crashed the first time and I had to enter my info all over again. This may have been my web browser (I was placing this from an iMac, not a mobile device like you young whippersnappers). Finally I successfully placed my order and the little tracker popped up (with different themes!) But it just sat there. I went and loaded some stray dishes into the dishwasher and came back and it hadn't moved a bit. It wasn't until I clicked on the link in my email that the true tracker showed up. My pizza was already in QC status! Panic set in and I jumped into my sweet mini-van (ok it's not sweet) and drove the few blocks to the glowing lights on the corner.

Upon entry I was greeted pleasantly by one of the cooks. Soon an attendant assisted me and I was out the door with my pizza (which felt rather light for a large). When I got home and opened it, it looked pretty decent aside from two large air bubbles that were mysteriously devoid of cheese or sauce. When I dug in, it was better than I expected. Much better. I ate the entire thing save one slice. I don't feel too ashamed of that because it turns out that a Brooklyn-style pizza is made from the same amount of dough as a small hand-tossed. So really I just ate a stretched out small pizza, right (sans a slice)? One thing to be wary of is that due to the thinner crust, the grease isn't soaking in and it drips off pretty bad. I found this out the hard way; I'm pretty sure my jogging pants are ruined right now and I need to stop writing and get some Spray N Wash on these bad boys.

In conclusion, it was an educational experience, and now that I've learned the ropes I'm sure it will be a breeze next time. 1) Order online and never, never try to place an order over the phone like a senile old man. 2) Remember that Brooklyn-style is less dough, but much tastier (and also much greasier, so find a plate and eat over it); 3) Remember that the tracker may not work right if you don't access it from the email confirmation.

I heard someone say recently that Domino's is no longer a pizza company but a tech company. I can see why somebody might say that, but the pizza (particularly the Brooklyn-style) is pretty good too.

this is the first time i have ordered from this store. i order from the one on grove all the time. the first time my pasta was delivered it was in the metal bowl and not the bread bowl which i ordered. it was remade and redelivered and it was made with ham and green pepper not ham and mushroom. . i called back a third time and it was remade right it shouldnt need to be made 3 times for it to be right.. yery unsatisfied..

My delivery driver Demitri was very friendly and super fast! I love their pizza. :P

Says they are open until 3 am ok sweet just worked a 9 hour day then drove home from Wisconsin 6 and a half hours drive back. Place my order online at 150 I get a call at 159 telling me that they shut the ovens off at 2am and then proceed to tell me they stop accepting orders at 2? So my order was in before 2 am yet you cancel my order? Very frustrating especially when you make a comment that doesn't even make sense we stop accepting orders at 2 and we shut the ovens off at 2 how is that?

The manager that works there at this date that im posting was being highly rude & disrespectful & unprofessional over the phone that's why i rate it 4 stars please upgrade the manager. But other than that Scott is one of the best pizza makers love how he makes my order gotta come up there & tip him big one of these days

I order from this dominos at least once a week for late night wings, sometime right before they close. Regardless, why would you call me with no explanation to tell me you can t complete my order because I ordered 6 minutes to close? For wings. Which require no mess to clean up... just a 7 minute run through the oven. Interesting.

Usually pretty speedy, average quality. Customer service is good most of the time, but I recently recieved a burnt pizza and was asked to bring it back and have before I would be compensated. Not an unreasonable request, but they should be more careful about quality control. Not everyone has time or money to waste for their mistakes.

As a a former domino's employee, I know it is common practice under the management to skimp on cheese, particularly on pan pizzas. I ordered a pan pizza tonight, and watched my pizza get 0 extra cheese that I payed for. None went on prior to the second topping as dominos requires. Sauce clearly visible and spinach is burnt. Abysmal.

I like your pizza better. I did order from a closer pizza store but there sauce is too garlic. your delivery people are very polite.

If you like every time you call and hung up on before even saying Hi. This is your place. If they do answer.... expect to be put on hild and this is just calling around 254pm not a busy time. This just happened to me. I dont recommend this Domino's
