In the past we have used Domino's a lot at my previous location we would order 8 to 14 times a week. Today I ordered from this location for the 4th time since we got to the area. To start off the driver brought me regular Coke and not the Coke Zero I selected in the app. I was upset that my order was wrong one again. The driver made it very clear that he was not going to be able to do a thing about it not even go back and atleast get me a diet soda. He said ther was nothing he could do. Said if I don't like it call the store at which point things escalated to a yelling situation. Upset I sent the store a bad review as the food was not tasty. I had a soda I could do nothing with and the customer service was horrible. A few min later I get a call from the location manager he said I see you gave us a bad review and I said yes I did. Then he proceeds to tell me off and will not let me say a word. Says that I am not allowed to use his store any longer and I can get my food someplace else. It is not bad enough they do not deliver here after dark, they have a bad customer service ethic, and the food is just thrown together. But they get upset when you give then the review that is deserved. This loyal $300+ a week dominos fan will be going to other stores like the Manager told me to do.
