Called in an order for a meeting and had the worst experience ever. The man on the phone claimed to be a manager, refused to honor the quoted price we received the day before, and couldn't seem to wrap his head around the idea that the EMU campus didn't have just one address. He needed the building and room number, too. 90 minutes and 3 phone calls later, I track the driver down as he's tooling about campus. He was given the wrong room number and didn't bring the itemized receipt we asked for. Naturally, the food was cold, and I was embarrassed in front of the guests presenting at our meeting. I will never order from this location again.
