I always have a problem when I go to this location...

I always have a problem when I go to this location! I went today, around 5:30pm to get a gift card! The cashier didn't know how or where to get a gift card. The manger was hands-off and told the cashier to tell the customer we don't have gift cards. Then the cashier joined the manger and began to make pizzas. Terrible customer service! No one asked, can I get you something else! I waited for 5-10 minutes and no one came to take my order. Finally, I decided, I will not return to that location for any reason.
